Borosil Glass mixing Bowl :

Silicon Spatula:

Panasonic Mixer Grinder :

Ingredients :
1 Cup = 250 ml
3/4 Cup - Broken Rice
Wash properly and soak it for 2 hours
Take a one Pan and add
5 Cup - Water
2 tsp - Whole Cumin Seeds
salt taste
1 tbsp - Green Chilli Ginger Paste
Mix well and boil for 10-12 minutes in Slow Flame
1/4 tsp - Baking Soda
2 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Mix well and add
Soaked Broken Rice
Boil for 15 min
Green Paste :
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
3-4 leaves Spinach
Few drops lemon juice
and Grind it Properly
Add 2-3 tbsp - Coriander Chopped
And mix it well and add
Coriander Green Paste with Water
Mix every thing and Serve
Serving :
Rice Khichu
Peanut Oil
Pickle masala
