    जी, डाक्टर साहब,, मेरे भी कंधे से नीचे बाजु में दर्द है,7,,8महिने हो गये है,,, पहले तो सुन्न है जाता था, अर्ध चेतना में मुझे लगता है कि कांपना बोलेंगे या उछलता जैसे लगता था,हाथ में जान नहीं है जेसे,, फिर उसमें ही बहुत जोर से चोट लग गई,,,, फिर तो,,,हुई चुभने जेसा ओर 1,2मिनट बहुत जोर से दर्द होता है,,,,अब उपर नीचे सब तो होता है पर जैसे स्ट्रेच नहीं होता,, उपर पीछे या उस करवट,,,वजन,,कमर में पीछे,,सब नहीं हो पा रहा,,, ऐक्सरसाइज बहुत करती हूं मैं,,,,,पर जान नहीं है हाथों में,,,,आप बताइए,,, क्या करना है,,,,, प्लीज़ जरुर ओर जल्दी बताईए,,,,

    Sir thank you so much I recently had numbness or ant wriggling feeling in my left hand and my nerve from elbow to wrist was paining too much but I followed your exercises And within four days my pain started lowering and now it is just about 20 per cent.Thank you .
