Where the hotter infrared burner comes in handy isn't peak heat, but heat recovery between pizzas. I do like how this thing tears apart for easier cleaning, interestingly it's really hard to find pizza ovens that do this at any price range. Ironically I went the opposite end of the price spectrum and got a Halo Versa 16 for $350 where the top opens easily and the stone etc comes out for easy cooking and that infrared burner on the bottom is amazing for pizza recovery, once i put the other one inside it's ready for the next one already. I'd be curious how this actually performs, I'd probably still go Gozney or something personally but I guess if money is no object and you are decking everything out as Kalamazoo matching is probably more important than most other things.

Nice choices! The Halo and gozney are great. This for sure has the price tag and is meant for a full on outdoor kitchen. We are supposed to be getting a Kalamazoo outdoor kitchen in the showroom so more videos soming soon! thanks for watching!
