Great review. The Hybrid is interesting if you need to compact your charcoal, wood, and gas grills all together. Though when it comes to this one I think I prefer the Hestan. I do like they have the broiler style setup with the rotisserie burner like the Hestan, though I prefer the reversible briquette trays in the Hestan for cleaning purposes, it's so easy to just flip those suckers every cook or two. Also prefer the trellis style burners of the Hestan. Though clearly the Kalamazoo is amazing in quality and if you're going all in at that price point then getting the most expensive option might be more important than those factors.

I’m sure they are nice grills and it’s nice to see quality built in the USA but “ grills” aren’t worth $30k +

God ohh mighty. Portable Pizza oven $13,500.00 I could imagine how much shown gas grill could be but not for me. Top Mercedes-Benz or Cadillac wind up in junk yard about same time as any others. Might look good & feel comfortable but same results as others. One can make due with a much less cost effective grill or oven and still have a comfortable experience. But some have the $$$ for it all good for them. Yet super good some companies have top quality. Kalamazoo should buy Boeing aircraft and make planes then maybe one can feel comfortable flying a USA plane.

Could have bought my kid a new car but chose a $30k grill instead 😂 way out of touch with reality grills just as good for .25 to 1/3 of the price
