Granted if they just translated 'cancer position', nobody would understand, so they have sorta excuse to use 'screw from behind' phrase, given russian people do use 'cancer position' in sexual sense. Although here I don't think he meant it that way. Still the 'knees' part they made up entirely. Also at 0:12 the way they translated made him sound like he was shocked by the question and was throwing a bit of tantrum, yet in reality he was simply taking the piss, saying "so that's why he travelled here, to ask this question, he finally got to it".
