Love your reviews mate. Simple, yet thorough. I saw the video you did on the Bolzzen Dynamo; I ended up getting the Bolzzen Dynamo Pro with hydraulic brakes and a 23aH battery and absolutely love it. Although, it could do with a beefier stand like on the Wolf Warrior X. The Wolf Warrior X offers a lot for the money. All electric in this price range and above should come with sine wave controllers for all the reasons you mentioned in this video. I’ll have to test ride a scooter with a sine wave controller soon. Keep up the great vids 👍🏻

Just upgraded from the skywalker 10c to the wolf x. It moves bra. Fractured my rib a few days after getting it haha. The dual stem is so steady in comparison to my skywalker

Thanks for your video! It was the deciding factor in my decision Was throwing up between Bolzzen Gladiator or Dragon Raptor until this video!!! The Kaabo smashes both of them & If I'm getting it cheap from Aliexpress happy days! can't wait for it to get here!

Hi. Thanks for the review. Very clear. I wish I’d seen it a few days ago before I bought my Apollo phantom v2. The one thing that put me off the warrior x base model was a concern for a lack of smooth power handling at low speeds but your review seems to address this and explain how it’s actually the thing you like most about this scooter. The last thing I need is a scooter that blasts off with every light tough of the throttle. Maybe I’ll return the Apollo and go for this instead after all.

Yes distinction strangely with the lower priced PLUS is smooth sinewave controller, vs PRO with larger battery minimotors dash has squarewave = less smooth throttle response.

I think I’m going to have to check the throttle smoothness of the phantom when I get it and if it’s smooth enough I’ll keep it but if it’s jerky I’ll swap it out for the Wwx. The phantom ticks a lot of boxes for me. Not least the relatively good water rating compared to the Wwx. Anyways, thanks.

@@monyx1101 So I just took delivery of my v2 Apollo Phantom…. They sent me the V1 by mistake. Gave me a chance to actually look at the Apollo and reconsider my choice of scooter and supplier and yeah, the upshot is I asked for a refund today and bought the warrior x instead. Looking forward to receiving it, water proofing the deck and getting out in this sun for a ride. Thanks again for to you for making the one review that have the info I needed to make the decision.

Hey, great review! I've had the Kaabo Mantis Duo for just over a year now and was thinking of an upgrade to the Wolf X. Need to carry mine up and down stairs on a regular basis, so weight is a big factor. Wolf is not much more, but enough to be noticed. Just a comment on the name. Kaabo only has one "o" at the end, so it cannot be pronounced "car-boo"! If you're in Brisbane, you need to join one of the many riding groups here and we could catch up. Cheers :)

Haha you’re right Kaabo with an ‘o’ I think I heard a few mis-pronounciations or was avoiding it sounding like a certain northern BRI suburb!

Yup my bolts broke too underneath the deck i put stainless steel bolts that wont break

Great review mate, as this was done a year ago, how is your Wolf going? Have you had any issues with it? I just bought one 4 weeks ago, so far so good.. Except I got a puncture not long ago due to a pinched tube .. Was running them at 50psi, which is what is recommended in the manual.. Might run them at 45 like you now, & see how that go’s..

I no longer have the WW+ as am focussing on OneWheel riding.

I've got to dig into the P settings for the acceleration, every time I take off I feel as though I'm taking off into the sky.

Thanks for the review. I am going to order directly from Aliexpress store as well and have it delivered in NZ. Was the delivery done via an commercial freight provider as shipping is advertised as free. Did you go with street or off road tyres? Are the freebie protective gear supplied of good quality?

Yes local courier company delivered to my front door - mine did take a very long time more than 3 months due to COVID shipping delays and possibly industrial action by road-couriers in Australia. I got street tyres, The protective gear is cheap/low quality and too small for adults - it's only suitable for small kids on kick-scooter.

@@TheSpyNZ no flats, run 45psi there is a slime sealant people use to seal up a puncture

i use the dragon gtr v2 at the moment but going to kaabo wolf warrior

Omg my 3 bolts broke underneath my deck on my wolf warrior 11+ and it was actually moving alittle bit i thought it was the folding mechanism it was the frame bolts they had to change the whole frame as well after only 3 months of having it but my warranty covered it they put stainless steel bolts that wont break

Does the scooter also came pre installed with a lock as shown in 5:25? Or did you buy the key lock as an add on and if so can you please link where you bought it from?

The handle-bar mounted key-lock (with integrated volt meter) came as standard from Kaabo. The disc lock at 8:25 is a motorcycle item I already had.

I really like the VDM-10 for price and performance. Have you considered putting a steering damper on it?

We updated to Gladiator 6021 similar to TNE Creator V60 outside of Australia which has sinewave controller & hydraulic brakes.

The parent company that makes Kaabo will not sell direct to an individual in the United States. They want you to buy it from Voromotors so you will have to pay their markup which is substantial. That is at least for a Kaabo Mantis King GT which is a 2022 scooter.

Hi mate how do you find the unbranded battery in the 10 plus, in the uk the pro is £500 more than 10 plus, which is a lot, do you wish you had got the pro for that bit extra money?

for me 50km scooter ride in day is more than I'm interested in doing so not looking for any more range. But if you regularly ride with WW11+ and larger scooters you'll need it. I squeezed out 62km, but last couple of kms not really usable (won't go up hills like riding ECO mode)

What range do you get from the plus if run at full speed mostly ?

Running it down to 52V I got 60kms from a very mixed bag of riding (some higher speed runs, accel tests, mostly 20-40km/h + some steep suburban hills. After that it got me home another 2kms but barely (single motor, ECO and walking pace up hills needing a kick-along).

I haven't revisited the market lately but the features & performance certainly put it at the top. It out performed the dual 1200W scooter we had, so it was more efficient in how it used it power or the 1100w rating is misnomer as the motors themselves are 1200w, just rated to 1100W on the X-series.

I looked at Alibaba - shipping to Australia was hundreds extra and most Alibaba sellers had min number >1 to order seemingly catering more for BTB. I have account with Aliexpress with 10+ previous transactions and I bought from the official Kaabo factory store where the address matched that Kaabo.com.cn corporate website.

Lmao. The vdm is way batter. Just slap hydro brake on em. Costs 100 bucks
