Great vid, many thanks. have the Mantis base model and have been considering an upgrade. Just a query on the name... The original Wolf Warrior is I believe called the "Eleven" (11) not "Two" as it has 11 inch wheels. The smaller model in this video is, as far as I know, the "Ten" (Roman numeral of X) with 10 inch wheels. And the manufacturer name seems to have some confusion for many. Just on sheer phonetics, it must be like car-boh. Double "A" lengthens the vowel sound to Kaa (car) and it only has one "O", so can never get how this is taken as "boo". I heard you vary between the two. English lesson over! It's a bloody good scooter anyway!

I purchased one from ride and glide It will fly up the steepest hills without even using the turbo mode 😂 I'm 220lb I've got 37 miles and still had 29% battery At 20mph max

Heard that there are problems with the screws under the deck (who connect the front fork to the deck), it breaks so people change them for more durable ones. Have you heard of that ? Is this scooter still a solid and durable one ? Thx (sorry for my english)

Good review thanks. A few shortcomings with the product, the steering stop is the wiring getting guillotined between the fork stems and the headstock. Another design shortcut is the inductors just flash half the red tail light at the rear, and half the white light at the front, but the moment you apply the brake all lights just flash, it's an afterthought to put it politely. And let's keep it polite. It's a half decent product with half baked Chinese build quality. It just is. There is room for improvement.

Just a small correction, when indicating the brakelights dont actually engage. I would say my biggest gripe is the red plastic tubes going along the sidedont seem very durable and the rear rack isnt a structural part of the frame and is just secured by four screws on the side.

just got one and at 140kg it still flies with me on, 36 mph easily with 140kg dude on uphill fast too even steep ones. love it :)

I have had a zero 10x(Vset is put out by the same company, they intended it to be another model of Zero, however, decided to just create another brand instead.) for 6 months, riding about 150 kilometers (93 miles) a week on, mainly footpaths and cycles paths, not much off road. Here are the problems I have had with it: 1) Day 4, I got a puncture and slime liquid puncture sealant did not stop the leak despite it being a very small puncture (small nail or something like that). On taking the tube out I found it was so big that they had folded it over in the type. The replacement tube was from the agent (and thus from Zero) and was also too big for the tire, despite being a recommended tube. In attempting to put the tube in it (a tube recommended by the zero agents in Australia) the valve stem would not fit properly so we had to expand the hole in the rim to make it work. Not a good start, I am sure you will agree. 2) On receiving the bike we tightened all nuts and bolts. The Allen key (Sidchrome) was a bit of a loose fit, it was the right size just a little loose. Very low-quality nuts on a $2,500 Escooter. A couple of months later one of the bolts holding the front suspension spring in had come loose and fallen out. Really they could have done a better job on this, especiallly on a high usage part like suspension. 3) I have now had 3 punctures in 6 months on the same paths I rode for years on my pedal bike without getting any. The tire compound is very soft and the tire is thin and poorly protected. Obviously more cheap and nasty parts. 4) The disk brake pads (front and back) have worn out. While i was a bit heavy on the brakes I think the main reason they wore out so fast was about a third of the pads were not making contact with the disks. Poor assembly. 5) After about 3 weeks of riding I found the steering became a bit lose, however, it was sticky at the center. This made it a bit dangerous going into corners at speed as it would stick and let go. You have to lean back on the handlebars and man-handle it around corners. Very dangerous at speed in corners. I checking into this, apparently, it is set up by the factory to hold it in a straight line, however, it is so poorly set that it is dangerous. Tightening the steering - which is recommended to handle it - is a bit of a laborious exercise and would need to be done about (based on my experience) every 500 Km, or every 3 weeks or so in my case - no thank you! - That is my experience. Needless to say, I am upgrading to another brand asap. PS. The agents sell both the Vset and Zero scooters. PPS: I sure I have missed some of the trials and tribulations of owning my Zero Escooter, however, the above is enough to give you an idea.

@Frank Spencer thanks for the heads up dude- Think I will try and waterproof all the gaps if I do get around to buying one. What did you use to seal? I had an entry lvl scooter before and damn the stem just became so loose and rickety- lol Locking it seems smart 👌

Nice review, however i dont understand how your speed test was for 600m, in metric, yet the speed was told only in imperial. Can you either show both units of measurement or simply make your mind up how to explain its’ speed. Thank you

We generally measure distances in Km but speed in Mph which does sound mad 🤣 600m in yards is 656.17 or 0.37 miles if that helps 👍

Did you had the chance to try the Wolf X 21Ah with the Eye display. In some reviews they say it's better than this one except the range is little bit less.

The X-pro 28ah has the eye display and dualtron square wave controller, The 21ah X is sinewave And faster take off But smooth power delivery X-pro it's very trigger happy hard to start off steady in turbo mode on any setting lol

How tall are you? Trying to figure if I'll fit on one of these

@@davidgonzalez8406 The warrior pro got better stock suspension, and more stable at high speeds. I'm not sure about tested battery range on these new models. But go for the warrior pro if you can't get the vsett10+ with bigger battery capacity.

This is 60v 28ah, vsett 10+ is 60v 25 or 28ah! Very similar but vsett has more powerful motors!

all the reviews are concerned with the pro version but ignore the base model ( which i own ) that has a bigger controller that is a sine wave. the base model is not only more affordable but it is faster than the pro. on a full charge. i get 47 mph out of it. dont get me wrong the pro is a nice scooter as well. it does have a larger ah battery. it is just that the base model seems to get overlooked .................

The base model has cheap Chinese cells Much less range I don't think most people care about top speed The Speedo tells lies If you set your tyre size to 9.8 It will be accurate with GPS The x-pro has brutal acceleration I just want range and hill climbing ability

​​@@winniepeg2020 you need to watch ESG review. The X has faster acceleration to 20 and 30... Than the X Pro. Range is about 20% less and yes it has Chinese cells. For some people at that price, the X is a great value and will be a faster scooter

Yes both motors, if I go 30-45 mph the entire time I get around 20 miles, if I’m just having fun and going fast sometimes I can get 30+ miles. I have the smaller 21 ah battery as well.

The dualTron raptor is a joke in comparison Tiny battery(Chinese battery )single stem doesn't cut it after riding a wolf warrior lol I have this scooter I bought it from ride & glide 😀

The wolf x 21ah version has cheap Chinese cells
