മോര് കാച്ചിയത്
Ingredients - 4 serve - ചേരുവകൾ
Thick curd - 1 cup - കട്ടി തൈര്
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup - തേങ്ങചിരവിയത്
Small onion - 8 - ചെറിയുള്ളി
Green chilly - 4 - പച്ച മുളക്
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp - ചെറിയ ജീരകം
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp - മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി
Coconut oil - 1 or 2 tbsp - വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ
Mustard - 1/2 tsp - കടുക്
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp - ഉലുവ
Dried chilly - 4 - വറ്റൽ മുളക്
Curry leaves - കറിവേപ്പില
Salt - ഉപ്പ്
Water - വെള്ളം
