For people who do not understand why the judge screamed so much, the mistake made by the lawyer was that he made Speaker of Assembly as a party to writ petition in Sr. No. 6. This is extremely sensitive topic. Speaker of Assembly cannot be ordered by any court to create a law on any matter. Judiciary cannot cross that line. It is good that the the Hon'able judge caught this blunder. By mistake, if this writ was accepted, this judge would become a laughing stock in whole world and get impeached within a month and lose his job. This lawyer realised his horrible mistake after reading the writ.

It is a lesson for every advocate, junior and senior alike. A lesson in Due Diligence (when drafting), Consequences (of making such errors before the Hon'ble High Court), and Proper Conduct (when the advocate is at the receiving end in such situation). Irrespective of the unfortunate incident, if the Hon'ble Judges frame guidelines on the matter, it'll be beneficial for the whole fraternity and that is how this profession grows. Thank you for sharing, @Law Chakra.

Half the people here are talking about how the judge is the devil incarnate, please understand the mistake the lawyer did was not an ordinary one, had that writ been accepted it would have caused a constitutional crisis which would have tarnished the reputation of the high court and completely obliterated the judges carrier. The judge has every right to be angry because the lawyer threatened the boundaries of the Constitution itself simply to mislead the court and gain more time. The court cannot order the legislative wing there are boundaries the judiciary cannot cross. This was a complete blunder on the lawyer's part and he deserved the dressing down he received. So my dear illiterate commentators dont comment about shit you have no idea about and fk off💀💀💀💀

That's how the judiciary & military works. If they don't keep it bottle neck, a country can't be run. You think politics is the only thing running this country? Politics is on the screen. Behind the scenes are judiciary, military and IAS/IPS running the system. Just to stick to the fact of the matter here, your comment is so blunt. Did you even understand the occurrence that aggravated the judge? These are not things you just share your opinions so lightly without having the understanding of the backdrop. The lawyer himself understood the gravity of the mistake & said it was a "blunder" on his part. If you think the judge's action was condemnable, don't you believe that the council is more learned than you, to have defended himself, rather than pleading for apology?!?

The judge has to deal with multiple cases in the day and be 100% focussed on lawyers arguments etc. Can the lawyer not even get the basics right? It's a lesson for him. He'll not repeat that again. Such lawyers & investigative officers (police) do similar mistakes (intentionally or unintentionally) even in cases with rapists, murderers etc and thats why they get away with it. Judge cannot sentence a rapist if prosecuting lawyer doesn't provide/present the material properly as per law.

But the reality is, the innconcent looking Advocate was trying to create constitutional crisis by making the Hon'ble Speaker of the Assembly as a party, that too innoccuously making party no.10.
