We need judges like R.Goagoi. Not like him who doesn't interested to listen matter properly but wasting time on arguing for uniform, language...etc. Actually like all fingers are not same in size of a hand as same as all judges are not same . Many judges they simply misuse their powers & harrass common by pending their cases more than 5yrs , in many cases they play nepotism by sitting at fully air conditioner room with complete perks & facilities.... But sometimes their powers make them cruel over innocent people And they forgot that Judiciary is for innocent people to provide them justice not to harrass them.

​@@it5617a lawyer has to abide by his client's needs, that's his job and here the lawyer is trying to do the same thing . Morality and values doesn't come into question here. He is not a social worker to do that . And he is following law but he will obviously try to have an order in his client's favour and that's what argument is for.

The punishment of contempt of court must be harder so that common people get the holy justice,I salute justice Patna High court.🙏🏻

I am shocked to see that Judge has ordered to pass an order, and still they are arguing. He has said it like 20 times, and police and lawyer are not agreeing to pass the order. This is a clear contempt of court.

मजा आ गया सुन कर। जब जज साहब ने बोल दिया कि ऑर्डर की compliance हो , तो बस उसे करना ही होगा। अन्यथा फायदा क्या हुआ इतने बड़े जस्टिस सिस्टम का। चाहे बाद में कुछ भी हो, सबसे पहले आर्डर की compliance होनी ही चाहिए। Thats all.

When a honorable judge is facing such sotuation imagine about a common man for getting justice a MYTH. There should be stringent punishment for CONTEMPT OF COURT WOTHOUT A BAIL.

Its shocking to learn as how these Bureaucrats behave irresponsibly.

Judge is not judge even mahakal for wrong person salute to you honourable justice very strict

I really respect the patience of the judge. They should be charged after repeating 3rd time only. People like these slowdown the judiciary process and pileup the cases. What can be expected from a judge to hear next case when he is so pissed off. These guys are going to give him BP, piles or Heart disease.

Salute to the honorable judge who proved his transparency and tought a better lesson to the defaulters.

This judge is honest and working the best

The Hon'ble Judge is so patient exhausting his energy for a simple matter. This a contempt case and after the time of 4 months still after lapse of 6 months they still argue. The senior counsel also simply wasted time instead of saying yes my lord,as per my lords direction we will do it today my lordship.

He must be our CJI to build lost faith in judiciary.

The DGP is hesitant to pass the order as he is not authorised to pass the order. Only the Administration of Govt that is Department of Home should pass. The appropriate Official to be called for contempt is the Home Secretary.

Actually, This is the matter of Inspector so DGP can pass order. If matter is related with the State police service or IPS officer then Home secretary will be required

The matter is just compliance of order which said fresh notices be given to petitioner before passing order by DGP. DGP took decision but did not issue notice as ordered by the High Court. DGP may take decision as per law but the judge is emphasizing on the notice part which was non compliance of order

My lord my humble submission that Quashing case U/S 482 may be taken on regular basis as other high courts are having regular bench on these sections as high courts are having inherent power under this section as Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution is important , these section is more important in criminal cases... warrant of arrest , section 82,and 83 of Cr.p.c ... my humble submission that kindly these cases are taken on regular basis and one or two bench should be there to hear these petitions.. my request in these regard as we are suffering a lot even law provide as protection

पुलिस प्रशासन प्रमुख न्यायाधीश के आदेश की अवहेलना करने को तत्पर दिख रहा है। ऐसे अधिकारियों पर तत्काल कारवाई कर पद से विरमित करने का आदेश माननीय दे सकते हैं।

judges of highcourts and supreme Court are constitutional authorities. Their judgments shall be either obeyed or reviewed or appealed. The rules of departments are not above the judgments. Executives need to be educated. Government should give proper instruction to its authorities. To implement it. So that numerous contempt of court cases can be closed.

Definitely not in good taste to claim they didn't know..comeon chief cop shd never say this esp in court of law. Definitely a deriliction of duty negligence on his part or he favoured the inspector plus never complied the order of hobble HCs order even after 8months of prior order by the court to do so in 4 months
