I've been working with Tom for a little over a year now, at the time this video has been published.
When we started his flexibility journey back in 2022, he was still fighting in amateur promotions. At the time Tom recorded this video for me(May 2023), he was 2-0 in his professional kickboxing career. Since then, he has gone on to win 5 more fights, and remains undefeated.
7-0 with 5 KO's. He has won & defended his first Pro Southern Area Title, and went on to become 2x Pro British Champion - defeating the UK #2 @ 70kg & UK #4 @ 65kg.
Needless to say, 2023 has been a phenomenal year for him! Considering the hard work & dedication he has put into his mobility program, it's no wonder why.
Through our work together, he's not only been able to unlock his high kick range, but he's obtained the strength & control over those ranges to use them as a threatening weapon.
We're both very excited to see what 2024 has to offer! Good on ya Tom, you've been a pleasure to work with!
