My daughter Born and brought up in Bahrain. She is doing Master in Memorial University. If we moved to Kerala,does it affect her PCC while processing PR application. Because I heard parents or close someone to be need in Bahrain.

She must have to obtain PCC from Bahrain she is an adult individual and your relocation doesn't affect her process.
