I just have a question if my group did it back ground check up at the welcome corps with their nick name I thought it will Attach to the application

Any way I did it after I submitted the application and we did all the back ground checkup with our nick name

It's possible to do background checks by the group leader for the rest of 4 group members instead of creat accounts all of them just needs an e-mail address for the group members. I am the group leader and I did a background check for all of them at this time I received congratulations e-mail my application is certified and referred too.
