কালিজিরা দিয়ে পেঁপে ও গাজর ভাজি, papaya carrot bhaji with black cumin #INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 medium size papaya (chopped)
2. 1 cup chopped carrot
3. 1 cup chopped potato
4. 1/4th cup chopped onion
5. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
6. 1/4th tsp black cumin
7. ½ tsp turmeric powder
8. 5-6 piece green chili
9. 1 tsp salt
10. 2 bay leaves
11. Some chopped coriander leaves
12. 3 tbsp oil
কালিজিরা দিয়ে পেঁপে ও গাজর ভাজি, papaya carrot bhaji with black cumin #PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add bay leaves and black cumin. Stir and fry for 30 seconds.
2. Add chopped onion. Stir and sauté onion till transparent colour.
3. Add chopped garlic. Stir and fry onion garlic till light golden colour.
4. Add washed papaya, carrot, potato, turmeric powder. Green chili and salt. Stir and mix all nicely. Now cover pan in high-medium flame for 2 minutes.
5. 2 minutes later, open the lid. Stir all. Papaya takes some more time to cook. So cover pan in low-medium flame for 10 minutes.
6. 10 minutes later, open the lid. Stir all vegetables. Check that, papaya almost sodden. So again cover pan for 2 minutes to sodden all things properly.
7. 2 minutes later, open the lid. Stir again. All vegetables papaya, carrot and potato cook perfectly. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix all, then put off the flame.
8. Healthy sabji vaji with papaya, carrot and potato are perfectly done. Now serve this and enjoy with rooti, paratha or luchi.
