1 bed in uptown areas are around 600k or less for resale (1k per sq ft) and the latest precons (in spring 2023) sold for around $1.2k per sq ft (under 700k), you are buying it at market at 1k per sq ft. Don't mislead the audience please.

唔係呀嘛,個房無窗,strictly speaking, it’s not a bedroom, it’s a den…..that’s why it’s so cheap. 但個盤勝在樓底高。如果貪校網區,咁細連一家三口都唔夠。只可滿足虛榮心

唔好講得咁好,North York 1房都係$50萬,如果要$80萬,肯定買得好啲condo,房間對著廚房,風水麻麻哋,其實在加拿大角度,實在真係太細,在加拿大生活的後生唔會買,只係握啲移民的人,日後很難出手。話名校區,一間咁細的屋,點住3個人😢
