नमस्ते सर, आपकी बताई गई दवाईयों से और व्यायाम/ कसरत समय से करते रहने से दर्द ठीक है , लेकिन जकड़न बनी रह रही है। और वजन भी कम हो गया है, क्या करूं की थोड़ा वजन बढ़ा पाऊं? सीतंबर 2021 से लो स्टार्च डाइट अभी तक फॉलो कर रहा हूं।

MAI homepathy ka specialist nahi hu. Try karna hai to karke dekhiye. Eyesight number goliyon se nahi badhta hai. Ek baar rheumatologist se milakar detail me baat karo. Pet dard acidity se hota hai.

leg me sun hona AS ki wajah se hona ke chance kam hai. Hip pain AS se ho sakta hai. AS ki shuruaat kisi bhi age me ho sakti hai.

Thank you So much Sir for such type of informative videos. i want to share my experience during my Ankylosing spondylitis. i had taken treatment from a famous hospital in New Delhi but there was no relief in pain and stiffness. even i was not able to walk that time. after that i shifted to ayurvedic treatment at Patanjali yogpeeth haridwar and after only 8 days panchkarma treatment and ayurvedic medicine now i am alright. no pain . no stiffness, with no side effect. i want to share that Ankylosing spondylitis can be treated in Ayurvedic with no side effect.

Adalimumab AS ke liye accha injection hai. rheumatologist ke supervision me lena.

Sir i have enthesitis due to AS.taking methotrexate 10 mg and sulfaselazine. sulfa. From last 1 and half year and metho.from last 3 months.but no relief.tried etaneracept for 2 months but no relief.what do i do?

Methotrexate & Sulphasalazine are not very effective for enthesitis. Etanercept is effective but has not worked in you. You may have to think of other biologics like infliximab or Adalimumab.

Sir mere panje ke second last fingure ke metatarsal aur phalanges bone ke joint m 3 din pain hota 3 din nahi hota h kya karu aur joint pe thickness jaise lagti h touch karne pe, chalne m problem hoti h , bataiye kya karu , abhi 8 month se dawai band h, ye panje wala dard 1 saal se ho raha h, बर्फ से सेक भी किया गरम पानी से भी किया कोई बदलाव नहीं हुआ,

I am 29 years old from uttarakhand.. I am AS warrior since 2010 .. Not working anywhere from last 4 years due to Tremendous body pain and presently not taking any medicine bcoz I can't afford 4-5 thousand per month treatment cost. I have been preparing for govt exam selfstudy bcoz not able to work in private companies but still during studies , can't able to sit more than 1 hour and many more problems..

मेरे पैर के पंजे मे काफी तेज दर्द होता है लेकिन कभी कम भी हो जाता है क्या करू सर, जब बहुत ज्यादा sweliing थी तब tofacitnib लेता था लेकिन अब नहीं क्योंकि ज्यादा दिन खाने से पेट खराब हो जाता था, लेकिन उससे आराम भी मिलता था।
