Anatomy of the Upper Limb ( Part - 1 ) : Fmge, Neet pg, NEXT and USMLE Step 1
Welcome to our KZread series on the Anatomy of the Upper Limb! Whether you're preparing for FMGE, NEET PG, NEXT, or USMLE Step 1, this comprehensive video series is designed to help you master the intricacies of upper limb anatomy.
In this first part of the series, we will dive deep into the structures that make up the upper limb, including bones, joints, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels. Understanding the anatomy of the upper limb is crucial for clinical practice, surgical procedures, and diagnostic interpretation.
Our expert instructors will guide you through each topic with clear and concise explanations, supported by high-quality visuals and illustrations. You'll learn about the individual bones of the upper limb, their landmarks, and their articulations. We'll cover the joints, including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, highlighting their unique features and movements.
Muscles play a vital role in the upper limb's function and mobility, and we'll explore them in detail. From the origins and insertions to their actions and innervation, you'll gain a thorough understanding of upper limb musculature.
The nervous system of the upper limb is complex, and we'll unravel its intricacies. You'll learn about the major nerves, their pathways, and the important clinical correlations related to nerve injuries and compression syndromes.
Additionally, we'll discuss the arterial and venous blood supply to the upper limb, emphasizing the clinical relevance and potential complications.
Whether you're a medical student preparing for licensing exams or a healthcare professional seeking a refresher, this series will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to excel in your studies and clinical practice.
So, join us on this journey through the upper limb's anatomy! Don't forget to subscribe to our channel and hit the notification bell to stay updated as we release new parts of the series. Let's dive into the fascinating world of upper limb anatomy together and ace those exams!

Correction (50.00 mins) Barton fracture is due to intra-articular fracture of distal radial fracture . It is not due to styloid process fracture. Depending upon the displacement, there is a volar Barton's fracture (anterior type), and a dorsal Barton's fracture (posterior type)
