Correction (50.00 mins) Barton fracture is due to intra-articular fracture of distal radial fracture . It is not due to styloid process fracture. Depending upon the displacement, there is a volar Barton's fracture (anterior type), and a dorsal Barton's fracture (posterior type)

Sir very helpful the video but sir hum Hindi medium se hai too.. thoda problem ho rhi hai too aap thoda Hindi bol dungee too bhut achha lage gaa ..... Jb aap ne pop me thoda sa Hindi word use Kiya too hum bhut khush ho gyee...
And in Barton fracture distal end of radius intra articular displaced dorsally or ventrally, not styloid process becoz styloid process fracture is has its eponyms chauffeur' s fracture
