Steve, I have said this for years, but I still don't understand how the customer can ever let their boots/shoes get into that state. I would have sent them in years ago! But, then again, you're the Master of Restoration.. Well done!

@@Spazik86 that to be fair would be me I love shoes and boots but to me I can't afford good boot's so to me I just get new ones but my leather jackets I look after as I no it's not going to wear out as fast but shoes and boots at my price range are just not worth the money
So glad you worked on Justin boots. I have a pair of vintage Justin roper that i love so much. The quality is 👍 it rains a lot in my country in France and they still are waterproof 😅
They looked like they were ready to be retired. You gave them a new lease on life, great repair.
This was fabulous. I never knew you could grind up leather to use for filling those types of holes, very cool. You never cease to amaze us. Thanks and keep the great video’s coming. Hugz, Tree
Very nice. I have a pair of Justin boots I picked up that were reduced VERY much. If I remember right they were about $30. Anyway I'm just amazed at the soles, they show almost no wear what so ever and I bought them in 2017, and I wear them quite often.
Quite the transformation Steve, turned out great!
Been missing the video’s.. glad to see they are starting up again. As always you do great work keep it up.
Very nice! I love how you include neat little details - like filling the bobbin with yellow thread. Very cool! Love old machinery like what you've got there.
My pre-ban Justin Elephant hide boots are over 20 years old and the uppers still look brand new after 3 resoles 👍
Great video Steve! Love seeing the whole process so relaxing to watch the whole process! Thank you!
Thank you!
Another great job. Thanks Steve.
Your genius with old beat boots is amazing, is a great pleasure to watch these boots coming back to life 👍🏽
Your back, you've saved my soul! ,😎
It is always so satisfying watching a master at work. Marvelous! Thank you for posting.
Another great job Steveroo...!
From an absolute mess to; "dignified town boots." And it's all because you have the vision, Steve! Amazed I Am!
Great job. Filling in those holes was amazing. You are a wizard.
Again awesome job Steve
No Steve NOOOOO! You did it again. Beautifull!!
Great job! You’re a genius!
You’re the man Steve as always. Your videos are by far my favorite on all of KZread. I have been a fan for years. Thanks for sharing your craft bud. Have a great weekend and keep hammering. 😂
I agree with Saila: filling those holes is pure "MAGIC!!" Steve, this was another great repair!! You never cease to AMAZE!
Wow Steve....those look great..
Suuuuuper job steve ! 😊
A new video put things right for the coming week-end. Thanks.
This was a very well-made, super informative, and fun video. Thanks for sharing.
I am impressed being a boot wearing persion. I know and understand how much work you put into the boots. So $624 dollars is not a bad price, but for many they would think it crazy to spend $624 on a $250 dollar boot. The knowledge and equipment you have there not many of you left. Guess you in between a cordwainer and a cobbler. It a dying art I live in Texas and every year it get harder and harder to get boot resoled. When I go to the boot repair shop there always hundreds of boot where people never came back to pick them up or even paid for them. They always require half before they start and can can’t blame them. Justin boots to me always fit like they were hand made on my feet. But Justin change so much in the years and change their style that turn them into a worthless boot company. I can see spending $624 on my old one you can’t get or buy any more. I have one pair of Justin’s that been all over the world four times and been resoled 6 times. Glade to see someone like you still keeping a dying business going. You are a master in you Art.
Damn Superman!! Great job!!!
Wow awesome transformation
i learn something every single time i watch you work.
Very nice job! Steve
Love your channel...😎
Nice work Steve. I am sitting here pondering the economics of rebuilding a pair of Ropers. I used to wear these when I was still working and when the soles wore out it was time for a new pair. They were comfortable to work in.
Learned something today. Mulitple applications of Bick 4. Initial coat. Buff. Reapply, Buff again. Love my Bick 4. Thanks Steve!
great stuff !!!
Nice BOOTS man well done indeed! Keep on keeping on!
Turned out a little darker than I expected them too...but vast improvement on how they started... Love watching your work my man .. good job 😃

They came out awesome brother! 👍🏻
Nice work
Great work my friend
That foam you added to the new footbed is way better than the original. I can only imagine how comfortable they'll be now
Another one! I have to be honest in thinking you would not be able To repair the test by the toe. You did it and made it look easy.
Let’s hope the customer keeps those lovely boots polished. Hi from Wales.
Amazing!🔥👌
Nice one El Stevo!

HI, STEVE!! Damn, I miss wearing shoes! Yeah, my legs haven't grown back yet, so...lolol I miss my lace-up Justins. 🥺
Another shoe therapy session w/ Dr. Steve
Very educational and informative these videos. This is a very skilled work superb. I find the details explained very professional… well done. What I don’t really think is practical to repair such a damaged boots , hope Bedo charges high as his skill and work deserves the proper recognition. Ultimately the boots owner …. My opinion even emotional the boots don’t worth… if emotional reason … give them a good proper clean and preserve the as is… marking the use and time spend rather than rebuild… just an opinion obviously… again excellent work , very educational!!!
I've seen these before at my job Goodwill you find a lot of shoes I've seen you work on.
This isn’t shoe repair. This is artwork.
Steve That ended up a great repair you made that look easy testament to your skill set 👍in this world we have cobblers master cobblers then you have Bedo’s for me the cream of the crop 👍
Steve laughs at his own joke. My wife from the other room: Are you watching a Steve video?! Your laugh is famous. 😂

Greetings from Costa Rica!
Those were pretty well hammered. Nice save, looked like they needed a gallon of Bick4, they were so dry.
Made me think of Don Johnson's boots in "Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man"!
You must love your work , to show up at 0 dark 30, the way you brew your coffee reminds me of the coffee we drank in the army, as usual, I'm amazed at the way you rebuilt those boots. There must have been some history behind them, for the owner to spring the cash for the work. I would have loved to have seen his reaction.
Better than new. From the shoe surgeon. 😊
Great job as always!!! On a side note : have you ever had a customer ask to convert cowboy boots into work boot by adding a good year welts? That seems interesting?
“I lost my hammer!” You almost made somebody’s day with that offhand comment, but thankfully I soon heard those immortal words, “It’s HAMMER Time!” Nice boots! I hope the customer loves them! 👍
Have to see to believe these are the same boots that came in the door. Magic wand result.
You say you've been shaking since you were 10, but you were definitely shaking more after your coffee break. I don't know what to think anymore 😱. Nice job anyway. Are the touch-up done with leather dust and cyanoacrylate glue going to last that long? I know that it was the customer request, but it was a better idea to add a piece of leather on top the holes on the tips. By the way you're my mentor. I'm currently working on an old pair of Allen Edmonds McAllister on which the uppers only can be saved.
❤❤❤
Those are beautiful, as usual, Steve! You are truly a master and it's a pleasure watching you work!
Such a great transformation. I got a pair of used Red Wing Pecos and the size is right but instep is too narrow. What can I do to stretch the Instep? I could use some good word of advice. Ive been watching this channel for over 2 years now. Thank you. Greetings from Sweden
