I wonder why people are defending these accused people... It is very strange & disturbing especially when the allegation are said as facts.... Why can't people just wait for the processes to unfold unless you people have evidence that is not before the court but I think if anyone has evidence that will assist the court can just produce it instead of making unfounded allegation in the social media... That is not helping at all as the court won't rely on what we say in these platforms but only the evidence before it... we all want justice for Senzo but to defend the accused, hai it's difficult to understand...

Manqoba, you also forgot to tell us that, the same phone that they said was stolen. It was seen on the pictures that they took after the incident.

I have noticed that enca reporters will always give briefing that is favoring the State no matter how much these evidence brought forward is untruthful .they will still report it on the news.only when there is a legal analyst you will hear truth of wat exactly happened in court.Why doesn't Manqpba tell us that accuse no.2 was said to be in the pictures but when he raised the issues that it was not him on that specific day and the witness agreed to have made a mistake. Why Don't Manqoba tell us that the statement read by adv Ramosepele then Mnisi told the witness that the statement is lies.We want to here the whole truth

This has been orchestrated very well. These guys are well known criminals and the Inkabis but i have my doubts regarding this case. There are so many unanswered questions lana. Tumelo was always adamant that he knew Ntanzi. The shot one had dreads and wore the same clothes that was described by the people in the house. I am disappointed in Ntanzi because his parents were so sure that he is innocent.

This Zungu has got scores to settle, or he was hoping for a promotion. He was appointed in 2011/12, just at 2-3 years he is drinking with iinkabi at a hostel having a service pistol, I wonder if he was not still wearing a uniform, as a defence lawyer I would ask even that just to tease him. Then well know iiNkabis are not even worried to carry out guns and "celebrate killing Senzo" in his presence. Even if he didn't know at the time the following morning he hears on the news that Senzo has been Shot. He does nothing to assist the investigation. Only after some time he makes attempts. I am sure this guy is looking to use this case for personal gains. Nothing else and the like of "Gananda" in the state Judge's voice found a resourceful pawn to use, and he will then be tossed aside just like that to build another case against accuse no 5 especially after the alleged gestures that prompted the state's Judge to boast that akasiyona iMpatha.

Senzo's dad said Tumelo told Sfiso that Zandi's boyfriend shot Senzo.. And till today Sfiso says those accused are innocent.. The people who were in the house one of them killed Senzo
