Very well explained by the guest. Pertinent questions asked by interviewer. Good learning of 1 hour. Thank you for doing it for us. For me most important thing is wastage of time while waiting for verdict so we need faster disposition of cases from court. Second thing is police should file charge sheet only when there is proper sakshya otherwise police should not ignore the thought that several educated people misuse the laws to their advantage.

I am sorry to say but both father and son justice Chandrachud have not much to show as their contribution to the country. They took tax payer's tax as their salary but gave back hardly anything to society.

Did Modi govt implemented these laws in haste????
