► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
3 cups of water
1 cup sugar
20 g agar agar
stir and leave for 15-20 minutes
take 1-2 pieces of different fruits or berries
Peel and cut all fruit beforehand

When all the fruits and berries are prepared, bring the syrup with agar to a boil
assemble cake
put some syrup on the bottom of the mold, then arrange the fruit in a pattern
Gradually lay out all the fruits and fill everything with syrup
Remove the mold in a cool place for 10 minutes
make a strawberry smoothie
1/2 cup water
1 cup strawberry puree
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
10 g agar
mix well and bring the mixture to a boil
Pour the strawberry jelly over the frozen layer
put in a cool place for another 10-15 minutes
Turn the finished jelly out onto a serving plate
