I've been saying that for years since the 90's when we were supposedly going into an iceage!! I have thought that the Sun whatever age it may be as nobody knows for sure, so obviously at a certain point it will begin to expand slowly and therefore making our Goldilocks zone ever smaller,even if it's very small change for now it makes all the difference, anyone can look back at the 14-15th centuries and see the Co2 levels were massive compared to now and that's without any machinery!?

I read somewhere that an ambulance is supposed to reach their call out / patient in 8 minutes to deem their performance as successful, regardless if the patient lives or dies. That 3 minute delay lessens the patient chance of surviving if it is a life or death call out.

3 minutes is enough for a person with a femoral artery injury to bleed to death, people with fractured Femur very often bleed internally with no external signs, a very serious injury often fatal. These morons need to be educated by a Trauma surgeon. Blocking any Emergency vehicle especially an Ambulance was made an offence about 14 years ago with a mandatory fine of £5,000. I saw one of the first incidences at Selly Oak Hospital when a taxi deliberately delayed moving from being parked across the path of an Ambulance on blue light being called out from casualty. The taxi driver was prosecuted. Each of these people should receive a charge of £5,000 mandatorily. I am a health professional these people disgust me

This story has nothing to do with anything... When I was in High School a friend of mine pissed in a bottle in my basement and then gave it to me. I didn't know what to do (I guess I could've flushed it lol) so we went for a walk and I took it with us. I went to go throw it away into the bushes, but the lid was off and I threw it into the wind. The wind blew some of the piss into my face.

Sadly Alex cannot be held entirely accountable. He is a product of the educational system, which even at the level of a PhD does not encourage critical thinking, particularly if it challenges the current narrative. As Dr David Bellamy said, the climate has changed and will always change, whether we have any impact can be debated. But, whatever the causes of climate change (and I personally think it's a combination of many factors such as Milankovitch cycles, ocean heat sinks, cloud cover and possibly CO2 (although I want someone to explain to me how CO2 physically holds onto IR photons.. If we were to stop using fossil fuels immediately as these fanatics seem to want, the results would be disastrous. Food production and transport would cease virtually overnight. We would lose access to plastics and many pharmaceuticals. Millions would die, the results would be worse than doing nothing. The "climate catastrophists" vilify anyone who doesn't agree with them. I am sure that vast majority of people want to minimise pollution and look after the environment, but it doesn't justify impoverishing the majority and destroying our society on the whims of a group of fanatical zealots that have probably never looked at the scientific evidence in their lives. The movement is a closed loop feeding back on itself with people making ever more exaggerated claims with little or no evidence to back it up. This is the same mentality that lead to lockdowns and enforced mask wearing and coerced vaccinations.

This tool and his outfit don't get to decide who can drive along a public highway and who can't.

I’m a scientist, this guy is incredibly arrogant and disrespectful. He loses credibility with his poor attitude, part of being a scientist is being open to other people’s point of view. How else are we going to learn if we shut everyone else off? Honestly, he could’ve kept it civil instead of getting personal. I wish someone would ask them how a wind turbine was made or even a solar panel,and what about the cables that connect them up? The cables are insulated with pvc made from oil. The solar panels don't work very well in winter,I know I've got some. Wind turbines don't work when the wind doesn't blow

So silly. I work in the renewable energy industry in the US. First of all Renewable energy at this point is ONLY for electricity generation. Not trucks, planes, shipping 🚢, everything we need to keep the modern world working. Most US cities without food being trucked in could only last a week or less before the grocery stores run dry. We also have trillions of dollars of infrastructure updating the grids for renewable energy capacity. Also every serious person understands that it’s a TRANSITION from Nat Gas to renewable energy. Not overnight unless you want anarchy, which they seem to. Anyway they’re idiots on almost every level.

Petroleum is used to make his iPhone. Petroleum is used to make his clothing. We'll take him seriously when he has no smart-phone and runs around on his bicycle naked.

He uses the tactic of ranting on about his beliefs over the top of the interviewer, he won't brook any criticism and is totally unwilling to debate the matter in a meaningful way...

I grew up in a cottage without electricity or running water. The lavatory was way down the garden, my brother had to clean it out, as my father was away for six years during the War. We were nevertheless happy and knew better than to complain. I wonder how his generation would cope? Our education also suffered because of this. My brother and I both passed the eleven plus but were unable to go on to grammar school. He should think himself very lucky. (My brother did however join the police force and went on to be a chief inspector. ) At the age of seventy I saved up and took a course with the OU, obtaining a BA and Masters in English literature. We had no time to take a break.

The way he said, “are you a climate denier my friend” is telling. It’s like talking to an zealous inquisitor. And this is what they are, and wish they had more power no doubt. Those fires were found to be deliberate acts same as the Australian bushfires a couple of years ago so if turns out that these are the lunatics doing it, not saying they are, but, the where whole, “problem, reaction, solution” programming comes across very strong with them so I’m not brushing nothing aside. Not to mention that compared to previous generations this lot consume more per year than previous generations.

Children under 30 should watch, be educated and say absolutely nothing.

@@borderlands6606 Science has its roots in philosophy and the key to philosophy is the phrase "a wise man knows he knows nothing". As a rule of thumb assume you're wrong and proceed from there. I think he'd be better off focusing on his PhD instead of gluing himself to roads.

It was a terrible interview showing a total absence of preparation by Mark What annoys me about interviewers confronting environmental alarmists - it takes just a couple hours of research to find the basic science that undermines the whole "emergency" argument But no interviewer ever does that ! Instead they flounder around trying to rebut the ridiculous, cherry-picked examples of weather from silly children like this guy

Where was any 'patience' showed here by the shouty, unprofessional interviewer?

The high temperatures were measured at locations where artificial heat sources added to the normal summer heatwave. The “heatwave” last less than 2 days and ended with several days of heavy rain followed by some nice weather with intermittent rain.

Yes , the same happened in NY. I live in NY for the past 30 years, summers in NY used to be 90-100 F it's 35-40 C with high humidity almost whole three month, for the past 5-7 years June , July looks like cool spring of 60 F and rains with few weeks in August of heat up to 80-85 F the most. Sound like earth is cooling not heating up

There is footage somewhere on here of an interview with Australian climate 'expert' Tim Flannery in the late 80s to early 90s stating with a straight face that the sea levels would rise by 20 metres (yes, that 20 METRES, or 60 FEET in old money..) before the year 2000.. just another climate model/prediction that didn't come to pass.. Not unusual given that NOT EVEN ONE of them ever has..
