Problem is, if you read the Rollins memo, Cruz made up the whole thing, so he is the one lying... If you don't believe me, get the memo, its one google away and read the appendix, its a few powerpoint pages. DUI id a lie, dealing drugs is a lie, entering your home is a lie. All in his head, and even the things that are in the memo arent made legal because every single thing in the memo, people still get arrested for in the first place.

If I find you in my house, I’m going to go at you 100% with whatever weapon I can find. As far as I see it, in that situation it’s either you or me. I may have legal issues later, but I’d prefer to deal with that than deal with a dead family because I didn’t act when someone entered my home. It doesn’t matter if you were right when you’re dead. It’s a mental thing for your family as well, someone breaks into your home, you don’t feel safe in your own home. For a kid/wife, knowing that dad/husband protected them even when the absolute worst happened, will be a big thing.

We have enough evil people in office now. We do not need her or any other people like this. What happened to - honesty is the best policy? She and not all the other people in office at this time should not have the right to release all of these criminals. All they are teaching people is, that crime pays

A few years ago California voted and passed with a %70 win to reclassify numerous crimes as non violent. It did away with enhanced sentences to reduce prison populations. Among those crimes was rape by means of an intoxicant. Many of the reclassified crimes were heinous. I seriously do not understand the liberal mind.

Self defenence is a crime here in Sweden. If I shoot, a burgler or rapist, who brake in to my home, and he do not have a gun, have i used more violence than requested for the moment. So that means jail time for me, and a fine and no more hunting rifles, as long as I live.

A DA decides based on evidence presented to them by Law Enforcement which cases have sufficient evidence to proceed to court and obviously if there is insufficient evidence to warrant listing to dismiss charges laid by police. This DA was determining which offences she would even consider to look at evidence of any wrongdoing. That does NOT adhere to that new invention(just the use of that terminology shows the little respect/knowledge you have for/of it)the US Constitution, Code of Ethics.. Etc... A DA is sworn in to Uphold the Law NOT to decide which laws they will enforce so it was so nice of you to demonstrate just how dumb you are and yet be so unabashedly open about it. Pity you maligned someone with much more understanding than yourself. Typical Democrat lemming. And as another commentator stated I pity your neighbourhood should you have anything to do with law enforcement etc. You as does this nominee would allow criminals free reign .

The memo is to decide if they get punished by the DA directly with civil punishments like Community Service and addiction rehabs and courses and mandatory counseling or if they get stuffed in a clogged court system. Prosecutors do plea deals all the time, why is it all of a sudden bad if they do them before all the paperwork in the court? Second of all, if you really read appendix C you are delusional and partison if you think that is what cruz said. Half what he said is a plain lie and the other half is twisted beyond recognition....

Freedom in mass is dead. People want heavier chains and they’ve been putting them on for many years. Liberal chains of safety. Heavier and heavier they strapped them on. Now they’re so heavy people are starting to feel the real weight of the gubmint in every aspect of their lives and it’s too late.

It's too late for Massachusetts, just as it's too late for Connecticut. The Democrats have destroyed both states. Get ready for them to tear down your statue of Paul Revere because he was a white supremist. Smith & Wesson is moving to Tennessee because of the Draconian firearms laws of Mass. I remember not too long ago going to great gun shows at the Big E in Springfield. Those have gone the way of the dodo.
