I can do this one more day. Then one more. And then one more. When I can no longer do it, the Savior will pick me up and get me through one more day.

Thank you!!! I can keep trying! Today, I needed to hear this. I just came through grueling physical therapy for 6 weeks. Tomorrow, a bone scan. I have been very discouraged as my progress seems to have declined, though I have worked so hard. I have wanted to quit a hundred times in the last hundred days, but I am not a quitter. I just needed a bit of encouragement. I am not from your church, but I have been praying for Elder Holland. I was so happy to see he did share at your General Conference. ❤

Thank you so much for your amazing comment. I'm so glad this video was able to help you along your path! Prayers for you too!
Martin Luther King said something similar, "If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward." "Just keep trying."

Sometimes I want to give up

My brother always tells me, "When you have to go through hell, don't sit down."
I haven't stopped for 57 years. I give up. I sin again and again.
When you start a new endeavor you don't really know if you're going to graduate if you're going to win but you can perform in a manner befitting your hoped for goal of happiness.

I'm so glad this video was able to help answer your prayers. Thank you for your comment. This is from a Q&A from 2012 that Elder Holland put on. You can find it on KZread by searching "Jeffery R. Holland Q&A 2012"
Step by step. Heavenly set this world up only step by step. Some of us can't get up every day. I hear a message. I never hear how. There is a message in Christ's mission we don't teach. I am the way. Not endureth to the end. I am the light. Use that light to see evil. Let His love shine on the hurt. I am the vine. Know you are connected. These men do not understand what modern society is about. They know and love Christ but no not teach Him. The church needs to get real instead of what they are doing. Accepting responsibility for behavior and not pushing it under the rug will stop this insane lack of reality.

@ConnorMcFarlane church leaders are good at counseling members to endure with giving them a reason to endure or a plan. Empty words. Plan is written in Christ mission. More than just the redemption of sins. Any more???

@@toniebonilla3165 Uh, yeah but this video is about developing Christlike attributes, overcoming personal flaws, and becoming more like God. Yes, your sins are forgiven by Christ, but that doesn't automatically cure you of all character defects. Elder Holland is giving motivational advice on how to keep trying to be a better person. I don't understand your problem with him or the video.

Does anyone know where I can find the rest of this discussion? Is it part of a series like the "Face to Face" series possibly?

Sometimes, being in a relationship causes strain that makes depression harder to cope with, tbh, because it's not just about you, it's about the other person, and sometimes it makes you feel like you lose more of yourself. Take care of yourself, and you'll eventually find the right person who's right for you. You don't need to stress it (if you do stress it, that's fine and understandable) because you only need to end up with one person. All in due time, bro. Things will happen when they're meant to.
