No. Hamas (and other factions) is embeded everywhere. Anyone who wants power in gaza knows that control of aid gives them that. But aid needs to be sent anyway cause civilians need it.

Kathy be careful about failing to make the distinction between Hamas and Palestinians.. I have a feeling you're one of those people who don't make the distinction. When people say they support Palestine it doesn't automatically mean we support Hamas ..
