DeS is a pretty sharp guy. But he should have turned over the attack on Disney's state carter to lawyers that would have spend 100% of their time focused on the problem. DeS was acting as is own lawyer and we know the rest of that line. He made legal mistakes that should not have been made. DeS this have some success is publicly revealing the names of Disney employees arrested for crimes against children. There, he had Disney on the ropes. DeS should have stuck with that.
If anyone sues Disney, they should do it in Florida courts.

Universal Studios. Busch Gardens. Florida Keys, Key West, beaches, Miami, Three major universities with historically good sports teams, No State taxes, one of the best cancer research hospitals in the country, previous HQ for Strategic Air Command, NASA, I can go on if you like. I haven't hit the historical part yet
