Yogurt dip / Raita Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt to taste Garlic - 3 cloves Ginger - 1/2 inch piece Coriander leaves Mint leaves Crush the above ingredients Grated cucumbers + carrots Chilli powder/ flakes - 1/2 tsp Yogurt / curd - 1 cup Water as needed Lemon juice (optional) Mix well Temper it with olive oil + sesame seeds + curry leaves Garnish with chili flakes and coriander leaves Enjoy 🤗
