‘Just gross’: Actors’ ‘self-loathing’ response to interview question slammed
Sky News host James Macpherson has reacted to a clip of ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ stars being interviewed.
In the interview, actors Freya Allan and Owen Teague were asked if they were Team Ape or Team Human.
“They would choose Team Ape because they hate humans,” Mr Macpherson said.
“The self-loathing in the Western world is just gross.”

That actress was also part of the trainwreck that was The Witcher show on Netflix which was so woke that Henry Cavill ended up leaving. There she is wearing a truck supply worth of makeup, being flown around on a private jet (which by her own standards is destroying the planet), and she has the gall to say how bad humans are.
Today, there are thousands of 'Famous Celebrities' who have never become famous and have never done anything which has been celebrated.

A job’s a job lol Most people go into a career because of a ‘have to’ mentality Not a ‘want to.’ They may resent the pageantry of their job and your passion does kind of dwindle when you have to commodify it. Sure, they’re lucky they scored a good opportunity, but luck and timing is involved and being sycophantic and grateful to billionaires running the Hollywood machine is slippery. They are public facing and get the most of the public dress downs society loves to supply so I’ll give them the grace and give them a pass to be jaded. I didn’t realize being misanthropic was woke, though? Are all depressed or mentally ill people woke because they might not have a good opinion of themselves or humans?

She's spot on. Just consider the sheer volume of waste we generate. We intentionally manufacture products with predetermined lifespans to spur more consumer spending. It's a cycle where companies evade responsibility for waste, instead gladly passing the burden onto ordinary folks through ineffective taxes that ultimately benefit those very companies as tax breaks. On top of that, we're even sending waste that was meant to be recycled to countries like Indonesia, exacerbating the problem further.

I have a book, published in 1960, called "The Waste Makers," which coined the phrase "planned obsolescence." Many people around the world want to do their bit to help, to be fair. Some corporate giants go about their business and have "carbon credits".

@@jasonayres Planned or designed obsolesce started with Edison and the incandescent light globe. Those that planned to get rich from it realised that a light globe could last for years even decades. So the market would plateau quickly and sales would tank. So they made the light globe weaker so it wouldn't last as long. That mentality has grown out of control with insane greed.
HE MAY BE GAFFING BUT AT THE VERY LEAST HE'S NOT ASKING SCOTUS TO GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO ELIMINATE HIS OPPONENTS!!!
