Ничего не надо добавлять к на тертой на крупной тёрке картошке кроме щепотки соли и чёрного перца. Натереть надо столько, сколько будет нужно для 3 или 4 тонких блинчиков (одну большую или 2 маленькие картошки), жарьте на растительном масле с двух сторон под закрытой крышкой до золотистого цвета. Натирайте картофель на плоской тарелке или доске, сок не надо выжимать.
