Just grate 2 zucchini and potatoes! Fast, tasty and healthy!

In this video, I show you a simple and healthy recipe for grated zucchini and potatoes. It's fast, easy and delicious! This dish is perfect for a quick and healthy meal or as a side dish. This recipe is perfect for those who want to eat healthier. So grab a grater and let's get cooking!
Ingredients:
Zucchini - 500 g
Carrot - 200 g
Potatoes - 300 g
Green garlic
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Grated cheese - 100 g
Eggs - 3 pcs
Semolina - 4 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Oil for frying
Cooking:
Rub the zucchini on the grater, salt and stir. Leave for 15 minutes.
Rub the carrot.
Rub the potatoes and squeeze the juice out of them.
Squeeze the juice out of the zucchini.
Chop the green and cloves garlic.
Add eggs, salt, and black pepper, and mix.
Add semolina and stir again.
Leave it for 15 mins.
Shape up cutlets.
Heat up the frying pand and grease it with oil.
Cook the cutlets for 8-10 mins each side on the low heat.
