Speaking of Phylactery and mill, I've been playing an Owllock variant with Dancing Swords! You can draw 14 of their cards at once with a single Tamsin'd Phylactery on a full board, and if you can somehow copy the Phylactery you can force them to draw 28! It's hilarious to pull off, even if it would suck to play against.

Gnome-feratu has won me so many games on turn 2 just curving it out than I can count. It's always been such a good card. Raise dead them back even for certain matchups.

That gnome is enough to make the opponents concede. Feels good.

If I remember correctly pre-release Gnomeferatu was severely underrated, how times change... PS: I wish this video was longer so I could watch more solitaire gameplans being ruined swiftly followed by a concede.

Because the card is a glorified river croc a vast majority of the time. The likelihood of you hitting a combo piece is so unbelievably small that the chances of phalactry being card #11 in the deck (the one you hit with gnomeferatu on turn 6 or whatever) is the same as it being literal card 30 and you hit an armor vendor instead. Mill is only good when it hits enough cards to consistently do damage or at the very least push people to fatigue faster than you. Tickatus hitting 5 or 10 or even more means he has a very high chance to hit something relevant or at the very least make fatigue a valid win condition. Milling just 1 card doesn't even push them closer to fatigue because you're playing warlock who is going to tap and be ahead on the clock.

@@amethonys2798 After thinking about it a few days, I've come to the conclusion that maybe I don't know enough about the game to accurately gauge the card. I do understand that playing a river croc is really bad, and that sometimes it is worse than a river croc because it allows the opponent to go through their decks faster, and that there are probably better plays for two mana that are more worth the deck space. I did want to say I was not thinking of this card as a mill card, but more as a tech card, a way to potentially mill a valuable card non-committally while putting a body on the board.

@@Serkesh77 I actually happened to see that Roffle video but at that time it wasn’t bugged…now it is. The best way currently is to use warlock baby prime deathrattle and have envoy as one of only demons to resurrect. That way a lot of primes can be acquired. There are other ways but I’d say this is best for the most primes. I really want them to fix it. Idk how it’s a bug or can’t be fixed

I used to love HS. I discovered Dane in my first season (Kobolds) looking to learn rogue. I now love Dane. I now hate HS but love Dane even more. 😂 keep making these ‘Spoil Your Fun’ decks. You are legendary.

I don't get why the priest didn't understand what was going to happen. He burns 2 alter of fires giving away the fact you are mill warlock and decides to waste shadow visions instead of holding it to guarantee a shard in hand.

I think the Rustwix + Phylactery combo works. Roffle posted a video like a week or 2 ago where he was running that exact combo and managed to shuffle in a lot of Primes.

If a deck falls apart because of one card that gets taken away, I don't feel bad about it whatsoever. But that's maybe because I despise combo decks.
