RECIPE for creamy buns:
400 ml warm milk.
80 grams of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 chicken egg.
8 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add 2 teaspoons of 9% vinegar.
Mix everything.
Sift 650 g flour.
Make a well in the flour.
Add yeast mixture.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Put the dough on the table.
Add 30 g soft butter.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form a ball from the dough.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The thickness of the dough is 1 cm.
Lubricate the dough with 30 g of softened butter.
Fold the dough like I did.
The length of the dough is 42 cm.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
The width of each piece of dough is 7 cm.
Stretch the dough with your hands like I did.
Roll up the dough.
Fasten the edge of the dough.
Do the same with the rest of the dough.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Let the buns rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with a mixture of chicken egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the rolls with poppy seeds.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.
The buns are big and beautiful! The buns are very soft and fluffy!
Butter buns are great! Thats very delicious!
