Most likely she hit him and fled the scene. Why else would she be calling him repeatedly call the police and hospital and then run right back to scene of accident only to discover him exactly where she hit him while it's dark and a blizzard is making visibility nearly 10 feet.

@@lizzeltired2155 He bends over to pick up something as she goes in reverse after she left at 20 MPH the car's taillight area hitting his head he goes flying right out of his shoe the broken drinking glass was right where all the blood is in the snow. He was probably flailing his arm around and it cut his arm up.
