I waited for 6 hours for this performance. Then there was information that Jungkook seemed to be performing. But back then, no one knew for sure if Jungkook would perform.

ahhh i was there , this was legit announced 30 minutes before it started so i got ready so fast, took the train which was a 30 minute ride exactly 😭 and made it but it was amazinngg all the locals watched as well walking by and they were so amazed and said “oooh it’s one of those bts guys”

Jungkook is the 2nd artist ever to perform on Time Square’s TSX Stage after Post Malone performed last July. Mind you all those fans went to Times Square based on the billboard glass being cleaned without any official announcement or a single hint. His demand, his impact is insane. His vocals, his dancing, his stage presence is unparalleled. Btw X box, Calvin Klein, Hilton was the sponsor of this event. This was literally a historical night to remember for the MAIN POP BOY.

The large monitor for the crowd had way more cooler angles than the livestream. It was mainly focused on JK, no wonder the crowd had so much energy!

My heart rate is through the roof right now. This is HISTORICAL, even with no preannouncement, a few hours before the show, just by seeing someone cleaning the Billboard, US Army was already speculating and gathered the hints. They ended up there just in case and that crowd was INCREDIBLE. IT'S LIKE A FULL SWING JK CONCERT. I'm crying so hard, I'm proud, I envy them for witnessing a Legendary stage in real time 😭😭😭😭

This was the “Special Event” on the calendar that everyone didn’t know about. The fact that JK managed to bring in thousands of ppl when this was a surprise event. Crazy 🔥 He sounded so amazing despite so little break in between and the intense choreography. Such a pro 😍

The crazy thing is that they didn't even announce it but army's figured it out somehow and went and it was the biggest crowd in New-York square in less than 30 min😭

I was there in the front row and he was so high up. He's such a pop star. Sooooo many people were there and he killed it!!

The guys have worked so hard for Army as per usual. 2023 has been a hellava milestone for them all. It's so different that the guys have been nominated in different categories so I guess it won't conflict with each other. The Artist of the year will be so difficult for Army. Love seeing him performed so comfortably with ARMYs cheers plus his own dance crew. you can tell he's friend with Brian when he passed the mic to him! honestly US ARMY are so blessed with all these promotions! No one was sure about Jungkook performing there. People suspected seeing Jk× Ck video, staffs cleaning the area. Armys gathered there totally based on assumption. 30 min exactly before the show bighit announced Jk is going to perform. And just see what a huge amount of crowd gathered there. Not just armys rather I saw many locals too enjoying there singing along with him. People may say they were just standing to see but no dear all people there were singing along with him. Did you know this was a surprise performance they did not announce this performance... they just gave a clue that that jk will be performing in NYC and the date.. thats it, no specific place where or time.. they just confirmed it 30 mins before performance. army just saw someone cleaning the stage the day before and speculated that maybe JK will perform there and army waited the whole day since they did not give out the exact time..... anyway it just blows my mind coz for a surprise performance a ton of people are there :)
