Can't believe it's been almost a decade since he's been gone smh.

After nearly 30 years, this film still gives me chills from how epic it was. A truly surreal and dark spectacle that wasn't just aimed at kids. A damn good film. Van Pelt the Hunter was one of the greatest villains ever.

This movie will always stay forever in my heart

GOD, All the magic and miths and myticism involved in this film, the heart breaking relation ship between the main character and his father, and being metaphorical to the 2 kids who have no parents, all the tension at the end, the sequence of the spiders attacking them when they're all in trapped, tired, and with no chance to success, this film had everything, heart, love, good messages, adventures, action, good acting, epic music, magic, myths, tension, danger, horror, everything and as plus ROBIN WILLIAMS!! the most charismatic actor ever known, this movie is not only a classic but also a masterpiece in how to make a good film involving tears and adventures ❤

Don't care what any critics think I love this film. Saw in the cinema when it first came on. The ending is brilliant.❤️

In my opinion,Jumanji was the best live action Film of 1995.

Righteous Wonderful Robin Williams. True Masterpiece in Cinema History with Passion and Love.

A visually impressive and exhilarating adventure that keeps the suspense, thrills and comedy running high. I love this movie.

I love this movie. This is way better than the Dwayne Johnson reboots; it's not just better; it's the BEST film in the series.

Best Jumanji ever

Jumanji is my favorite film since childhood It been over 10 years after Robin Williams's death that will give you a crick in the neck is one of my favorite films from him and i still have good memories of it till this day. RIP Robin Williams

Jumanji, the 1995 movie, with Robin Williams, will always be the best ever. The sequels Welcome To The Jungle and The Next Level; I wouldn’t call them “bad”, but their certainly not any better than the first movie. However, I have to give them some credit for them to give such an honor to Robin Williams when in the realm of Jumanji there was a sign in which said “Alan Parrish was here”. Of course, I would be interested in seeing a prequel of Jumanji, where it tells the origin of Jumanji itself, and even where the two brothers Caleb and Benjamin played the game and had their own adventure throughout the time they played the game and so on.

I have lots of good memories of seeing that trailer in the BabySitters Club Movie VHS Tape when I was 3 going on 4! (and yet, it's considered one of the Darkest Family Movies from the 90s!)

Jumanji is one of my favourite Robin Williams' movie. I love this movie so much, I got the board game keychain for Easter 2021 as a gift.

When the narrator says Robin Williams’ it automatically gives one ideas or thoughts of what craziness Robin would be doing in this movie. What madness or magical world would he be part of. Even the trailer is fun.

This movie reminds me of my grandfather, and the cherished time we had watching this movie over and over again!

R.I.P. Robin Williams

Will be our first Halloween film for 2021. Best one ever.

What a freaking classic.

The only true Jumanji, I remember watching this on cassete and now on KZread a couple months back. Its honestly sad to see how the orginal slowly got replaced by the new Jumanji without any sign of credit or thanks too. This one is completely orginal as well since its based off of the book that first came up with the story and has so many actors that are so legendary. Honestly miss Robin Williams, such a legendary actor and comedian. So sad to see how much he was actually struggling when he was making us all laugh and we didn't even know it. So suprised seeing that Mary Jane was really young in this too and you can honestly tell that this was probably one of her first movies but without a doubt I realized right away that it was her. Anyways, orginally I was suppose to comment a couple months back when I re-watched it on KZread, and today is New Years so I'll be wishing everyone a Happy New Years and that you got to do everything that you wanted to do. 🥳🎉🎊🍾🥂🎆🎇💙🌍♾

today's the 25th anniversary of the movie. December 15 1995 December 15 2020

While I have the upmost respect the computer graphics used in the finished 1995 production, I would LOVE to see them update the film using contemporary visual effects. It would be extraordinary to see.

Evan as someone who is still young and unfortunately did not grow up with this I can 100% see why people love this so much ( I love this movie too) but I can also see the nostalgia that people have for this movie and I wish I could have grown up with this.

I honestly think this is one of those movies that are better than the books they're based on. Don't get wrong, the book is good, but this movie expands how much we can get a real adventure. Just like the book, we do get a hungry lion, mischievous monkeys, and a big stampede. But in this, we also get bats, quicksand, spiders, an earthquake, and hunter. The one change from the book that I thought was genius for this movie was to make the board game more old and look like it contains some type of Juju magic. In the book, the board game looks like an ordinary one that would be found in a store. Giving it this mysterious aspect really makes people wonder even further its origin. The only problem with it is that this version of the Jumanji game isn't connected to Zathura. In the books, both the Jumanji and Zathura games are in the same box together, indicating they were created by the same source. But since the Zathura book wasn't written until a few years after this movie came out, the games in the movies aren't made by the same source... as far we know. On the posters for Zathura, it says "From the world of Jumanji", but they never actually mention it in that movie. I know they wouldn't show Danny and Walter finding Jumanji like in the book, but it would have been nice if they had some reference. Like mentioning how they live in Brantford. If Zathura was written earlier, I'm sure they would have changed Jumanji was created around 1869 more like around the 50s or 60s for Zathura to be created since the design on the movie version of the board game looks like that. That way both games would be in the same box. And so in the movie's ending, instead of having those two French girls find Jumanji at the beach in the end, it would be Danny and Walter setting up the events of Zathura.

The music is different

New Jumanji was so lame and the idea that it's not a board game that they changed the whole thing like first movie never existed ... Was one of the baddest idea in movie history. This epic movie is one of the best movies ever made.. the cast, story, plot, effects, feelings, everything is 10/10 .. new Jumanji can go to toilet .

The only true Jumanji movie. Watched this on Cassete and rewatched this here. It's amazing to see Robin William's act and how great he was, and the many other legends in the film, and the early start for some actors here. So sad to see that Robin Williams is no longer with us, after what happend years ago, but he'll always be a legend in our hearts, and one the greatest.This movie has it all, especially the plot and well told storyline, and it's sad they don't make movies like these anymore.If you haven't watched it yet, I recommend it, no joke, it's worth it. Pure childhood memories right here.
