July 2020 Honda SH150i motor scooter wild camp

I wanted to get out and do an overnight wild camp, despite the hot weather and bugs ( hence why I always camp in spring and fall ) because it's been too long. I need the escape, and found a great quiet spot.
I didn't feel too talkative so I leave the video and sounds of the woods to speak for itself.

Only the sounds and the sights of a forest. There is nothing more soothing for the mind. Try it alone outdoor lovers, like James did.

Nice video sir! a nice bit of peace watching this morning - and thanks for recognizing sometimes the woods have plenty to say on their own. I like that about your content, a good mix of commentary, peace and quiet you choose share with us, and the occasional ukulele...! Brian

interesting. I'm curious though. How long does one of your alcohol burners last? It puts out plenty of heat, it seems, and produces less waste than the propane burner I'm currently using. Also, the throw-away propane tanks I'm using are quite bulky.

Neat video brother! Tried to order a Honda like yours at a Honda only dealership and was told we no longer carry or order scoots, can you believe that? So I called the KYMCO dealer on that Saturday and by Friday they delivered,to my home, a 2019 Like 150i in dark blue to go along with my 200i. After watching your vids I could not resist the purchase! Take care, can't wait for your next show!

I guess the Honda SH150i only came to North America with the 2010 version, unfortunately. It’s great that you can still get the Kymco. Thanks for watching my vids.

Why don't motorcycle manufactures make small displacement off road bike with CVT transmissions. It is so good to be able to stop and go slow with out a clutch. Just found your channel and ride a Kymco 2012 Like 200 i. By the way I am 76

  • @jamescarey7277

Yes, they make off road jeeps with automatic transmissions, so why not? I enjoyed the Kymco, but the larger wheels of the Honda help a lot with the rough roads and I do take a lot of off road trails with My scooter. I’ve only been riding for a few years and I’m 66 now, wish I had started a long time ago, but us old guys can still handle it and have a blast as well! Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.

Honda just released the ADV 150 in the States, but not sure if that would help where you are. Not sure I'd call it a true off roader, but a little more then most.

1 cup lour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar. This is what I use, plus I add raisins. There are many versions of this but I like to keep it simple. Thanks for watching the videos, appreciate it.
