Hot tent stove DIY

Finding a section of well casing at the local dump inspired this wood stove build. Although I am no expert, by a long shot, I enjoyed this welding project and think it didn't come out too bad. It does look rough at the end but after the finishing touches are done I will paint it with black stove paint. The pipe is from an old propane cooker ( also from a dump ) but if I do some ATV camping in the fall I'll work on making a sectional one.
Hope you enjoy.

Thanks Trev. Usually don’t think of filming when I mess around making things, mainly because I don’t know if it’ll come out any good. Good to know that people like to see that sort of thing, may encourage me to do more.

Would be great for cooking in an ice shack or in the event of no electricity. I have a woodstove myself and have poisoned myself a few times by way of leaks at the seams. High temp silicone could make a good gasket/sealer.

Great idea William, I’ll look for some sealer for any areas that need it. Thanks for watching.
