Except Jeff Kane’s first actor. Peter MacNicol’s portrayal of Uncle Jeff is the best performance of a comedy side character i’ve ever seen.

No other show has made me laugh as much as Veep did, THAT is how you do comedy. I’m gonna miss it but I will gladly rewatch every episode.

That is also how you do a show period ! The writing of the plots and characters was always stellar. Nothing makes no sense or is useless / cheap. It truly tells a story, every character has is defined by one exagerated trait and has a great arc around that. Incredible writing supported by STELLAR acting.

Just finished watching the whole series and I'm pretty sure I'm about to watch it all over again.

She was born incredibly wealthy and didn’t need to lift a finger for the rest of her life. It’s very impressive how hard she has worked and how much she has achieved.

i loved hearing her talk about a bug's life. you can always tell when a celebrity voice actor doesn't care so much about voicing an animated character, but you can tell she really gets it. the mark of a truly great performance in animation is an actor that understands the complexity of channeling an entire performance through your voice and the avenues you can use to get there. what a fantastic performer and a great role model. even when i was little and saw my parents watching seinfeld, i knew i looked up to her.

Hearing Julia's laugh will always take me back to the Pez Dispenser episode of Seinfeld. No wonder Noel recognized it immediately.

LOVE her! I'm rewatching all the Seinfeld episodes while on my treadmill and I had forgotten how great it was - such talent! It's helping me stay on the treadmill!

Whoever did the lighting or editing for this video, please fire them. I don't know if "Over Exposed" is the latest thing, but bad is bad. It's not flattering to Julia and the hot spots are super annoying.

It's such a great show! I just watched all five seasons on HBO Max. Go watch it again, I might!

no show was more consistent with hard jokes than veep was...that show had some truly impressive joke writing...david mandel took that show to a whole other level

I was on vacation in Los Angeles and went to a taping of a brand-new show that we were told was possibly going to be picked up, and that was the New Adventures of Old Christine! It was so great to see that cast in action, and that was my only TV show taping, so I'm glad I got to see JLD live and performing in front of a crowd.

I'll always remember how much she made me laugh playing Selina Mayer on VEEP. So much, that after watching the episode, the scenes would be on my mind and I'd burst out laughing simply thinking of them, and no other show/actor could do that to me. Thats the power of her acting. She's a genius. Truly !

Close your eyes and picture Tina Fey.... When she played Tina on the live 30 Rock ep, that was perfection. Would love to see them play sisters

She's so talented. Like Charlize Theron (and many others), she gets cast to play REAL characters, not the ''wife/girlfriend/mistress'' or the ''mother/sister/daughter'' of a the main male character. Nowadays, I feel like we are lucky to get great male and female characters, not only heroes and villains but also people in general. Plus her role in Arrested Development was hilarious.

I always love when hollywood actors pay credit to the skill of voice acting instead of going "Oh yeah it was easy I just showed up and read stuff in my PJs!". Some people have voices iconic enough not not have to act. But voice acting is a genuine skill in the same way theatre acting is different form movie acting.

That's so very true. Nowhere is that more apparent than in the new "Lion King". Some of the voice overs were absolutely wooden because I don't think some of the actors were up to the skill required for voice overs.

@@hutch1197 You have to bring the character to life with just your voice. It's a lot easier to act in person. You bring the character to life with actions and voice. The new Loin King was cast with names. Names don't make good voice actors most times. Sadly voice actors don't get nominated for Oscars like best actors in a film and they should. Their job is a lot harder to do. They bring their characters to life with great acting.

Still salty to this day that New Adventures was cancelled. That show should've run 9 seasons.

I LOVE her SO MUCH! I grew up watching her on "New Christine." It's still one of my favorite shows. 😊 When I was younger, I thought I'd grow up to be Christine.

She's amazing! One of my fav comedy actress! Loved her on Seinfeld, Old Christine and obv VEEP!

Love Julia heaps !! They broke the mould when they made her. I always enjoy watching the reruns of Seinfeld. My 6 year old does too. He knows all the characters. Thank you Julia for all the great memories.

She has aged beautifully as in she’s hardly aged at all. Just beautiful!

I love that she watches/remembers Seinfeld episodes. So many actors either don't remember, or pretend to not remember the shows they were in.

Every single thing she does is hilarious and amazing, I love Seinfeld, Veep, Curb, Christine, all of it. Love how she chooses her projects.

I’ve watched this multiple times. It never gets old. Julia is pure brilliance!

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is a very talented lady. Gave me some of the happiest television viewing moments in the 1990s. I watched a lot of television in the 1980s and 1990s before the internet age kicked in. I hardly watch any tv now. Back then I did. Watching Julia Loius-Dreyfus on television back then really brightened up my day back in the 1990s.

I must admit what Papa Franku has told me. That Seinfield is one of the greatest animes we've ever come across to.
