When my dad passed away, I got through it by binge-watching complete seasons of Seinfeld. It was the only comfort I could find during the most horrible time of my life. Thank you Julia and Jason. You gave me great comfort in my weakest moment in life.

IKR. I had a girlfriend who hated the character of George and wished they'd get rid of him. I'd argue that George was really the soul of the show moreso than Jerry, and that aside from some selfishness, the character was a good guy. She'd just go on about how he was such a horrible schmuck. I felt so vindicated in the episode of _Curb Your Enthusiasm_ where Larry re-enacts his real-life argument with Jason: "What are you talking about, no one would react like this!? This is exactly what happened to me and this is exactly what I did!!"

I refused to watch Seinfeld for several years, because it was such a popular show. Most things that are usually that popular with "middle America" really sucked at that time. I mean Alf was the #1 comedy when Seinfeld started. But still to this day, I watch many episodes a week, and soak up everything that's Seinfeld.

Seriously. I loved Seinfeld, but didn't develop a 'crush' on Julia until Old Christine. Now, as i constantly re-watch Seinfeld, the crush deepens and i literally said to myself yesterday, "I need an Elaine"-just as a 'half crush, half platonic' relationship. Julia rules. Our era's Mary Tyler Moore. I just want to know if "lookit" was actually written into the scripts, or if that's her own Maryland/regional thing.

You can tell how bonded these two are. They were clearly a bonded pair on set, Jerry and Larry were the bosses and were always off in the writing room, Michael is from another planet - while these two were from the theatre and had similar sensibilities. A special friendship that was born from the greatest sitcom of all time.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus the greatest comic actress of all time hands down and Jason Alexander played one of the most iconic character ever on TV. And they are just as funny out of character. Seinfeld is as funny today as it was when it first aired and I have seen every episode several times, kinda just like everyone else who enjoys the funniest sitcom of all time! Glad Julia Louis-Dreyfus is healthy and she beat her disease

All this talk about who's the 'greatest' or 'the queen' is a lot of hot air. There are no objective standards for comedy, and besides, it's not a competition. i don't see anyone offering any cred as to why they should be arbiter of what's great. If you tell me 'so and so makes me laugh more than anyone on the planet', that I can understand.

Julia keeps saying "I can't stand it" in the beginning, all I hear is "CANTSTANDYA!" 😁

I watch Seinfeld every time I’m feeling a little down and it never fails to cheer me up. It’s a classic that will never get old. It’s at the same level as I Love Lucy.

I stole George's idea 4 years ago, and I started insisting I'm going to have a, "Summer of Paul." lol. ....and I DID. I quit my banking job, never looked back, and I took a 3 month trip to Europe...after cashing in my 401k. lol. Don't regret a second. LOVED it. Thanks George! hahaha

I just went back and checked and Julia was right, she was in the back of the car for that last Parking Garage scene but you can definitely see Jason turn his head away from the camera to laugh. Priceless 😂😂

@@scrappyny7432 Oh yeah. And in Seinfeld history interviews with cast and writers it has always seemed to me that the Newman/Kramer pairing doesn't receive its due. Even the smallest scene between those two often packed more laughs than the rest of an episode.

Wow. They are both like fine wine. What a delight. Im watching Seinfeld all over again and Im on season 7. The whole cast was so good and Julia is remarkable.

I can see Julia gigling on the show all the time. Sometimes there's a quick cut, sometimes they are just zooming someone else. But i always see her gigle. Those are actually so fun to watch.

Julia, among my favorite Elaine stories was when she was frantically trying to get her now ex-boyfriend packed and to the airport on time. And the scene afterward as she recounted the story to the guys. The frazzled hair, overcoat over her night gown, just defeated look after they had almost made it in time. Just wonderfully done!

Julia is the rare type that gets more beautiful the older she gets, ages like fine wine 🙌🏼

I just started a full rewatch from season 1 with our 14 year old. Thank you Julia and Jason for the great memories.

Wish they'd do another one of these, and tell stories about Jerry Stiller. He was such a legend. He cracked me up in ANYTHING I saw him in. Rest in peace Mr. Stiller. Thank you for all the laughs.

Seinfeld is a piece of art. Something i saw when i was young, and every year for the last 20 years, and now i´m currently counting the time to share it with my son.

No one deserves more appreciation and kudos than Julia! What an amazing career that has given us so much joy and laughter!

I loved the Chinese restaurant episode because we could all relate to being that hungry and having to wait until our name was called...lol

Seeing the two of you together discussing Seinfeld made our day!!! Thank you so much!!! Be well!

I've seen every show ,all episodes, at least 20 times or more. I still will laugh out loud, and notice little things somehow I missed. It is always new me, even when I've seen it way too much.I pray it never goes away!!

Omg. Such funny stories. I was in university at the time. It connected everyone on campus. Every Friday we’d all be laughing and recounting the previous night’s episode.

I thought it was just his character, but I guess in real life. Jason is so great, he did so well that it was difficult for him to land a role afterwards. Happens a lot, so they just go to writing and directing. The show could have been called "Costanza"

Cana Dude exactly. After all the whole George costanza character was loosely based on Larry David’s person so he could have just had his own show

I have been binge watching Seinfeld in my camper in the back yard, love you guys

Truly a wonderful sense of nostalgia seeing Julia and Jason being human and reflecting on some of their greatest work.

This was fun. This last hour felt like I was living an episode from Seinfeld. So cool! Thanks...

Seinfeld is one of those shows that defines a certain time of my life and still resonates with me to this day. Thank you for doing this!

Seinfeld WAS my 20s.

I grew up watching Seinfeld and I still watch it.

I think The Gum was the best written episode. Everyone trying to not let Lloyd Braun think he's crazy, but in turn everyone themselves come across as being crazy in doing so.

Fantastic, honest and intelligent analysis of Jason Alexander's reflection from the Chinese Restaurant episode.

Favorite scene with Elaine: When the chef remarked about Elaines Botachelli shoes and she didn’t like it. My wife had the same reaction when someone did that to her. Hilarious!

Jason Alexander. Finally a celebrity that does not cry about the pandemic and admit that it is not a problem for him, but for other people it is. Can't stand the other rich people sitting in their houses all upset

She was right, it was her and Jason in the backseat of the car in the parking garage. Jerry was riding shotgun.

I just watched that scene and noticed that. It's funny, Jason Alexander was perfectly confident that he was sitting next to Jerry and even had a false memory of what happened. Julia wasn't confident, and she was right.

I love watching those bloopers on youtube, how Michael never breaks and him getting frustrated with Julia. It's understandable though, the amount of craftmanship and care he puts into those performances and the physical effort of doing them. Working on something that funny must be like nuclear scientists in a power plant trying to very carefully handle the uranium, through those rubber gloves behind the thick glass, so they don't spill a drop.

I binge Seinfeld in quarantine😂

Belonging to a couple of very large Seinfeld Facebook groups, it is amazing the number of catchphrases this show created.

I watched 9 seasons in less a month. I love you all ❤️

Julia and Jason's interactions with Frank Costanza (Jerry Stiller) were gold

I love that Julia used the word "breathtaking" in this (like in The Hamptons episode).
