If Bellichik is here, it means Schoen is also gone, and that would be really bad. I love Bill, but his time has passed. Stick with Daboll and Schoen. Build the team correctly. Build the staff. Give them time, this team was run into the ground for a decade. It is going to take time to turn it around.

Belichick is in his 70s now so I don't see that happening. He probably just wants to be involved but not in a coaching capacity. It is easy as a Giant fan to hate on Dak, but I have to admit for a mid round pick he has had a respectable career. Being in a good situation has helped but you can say that about most quarterbacks as there are maybe just 2-3 in the league at one time that can carry a team. Once the top 3 QBs were gone, I was glad the didn't draft one just for the sake of drafting one. Too many scenarios to play out, besides Dak, Kirk Cousins will probably be available soon and another thought is Trevor Lawrence is going into his fourth year and they may not be able to reach a deal. Not hating on Daniel Jones but you have to admit that he is probably one more neck injury from calling it a career. He has a lot of money and a degree from Duke so he is prepared for life after football.
