No one has said this yet, but I absolutely love the detail of Fizz not being good at juggling. Obviously it’s just a bit for the song, but it’s a vague callback to the previous episode where Fizz was going to go to juggling rehearsal but then literally got kidnapped. No wonder he’s rusty, he had a ROUGH time

i'm pretty sure it's because they're trying their best to win over mammon; at this point, the competition is more to see which contestant is the most marketable with a coat of clown paint slapped over it. they want to win over mammon by having sex appeal

I love how previously in the episode Blitz state's how fizz Tried to convince him that juggling was cool. But blitz said it was minimally cool at most. And now the first line in the song is " Juggling is objectively cool"

I just noticed the reason Fizz drops his juggling balls is because in "OOPS" he was going to "Rehearse some juggling" but he couldn't since he was kidnapped

At first I didn’t immediately get why Mammon in this version is depicted as a clown instead of a business man or something. But then I remembered the iconic quote "Give them Bread and Circuses and they will never revolt." I think this quote encapsulates this version of Mammon perfectly as his whole MO is that he intends to give his fans enough entertainment so that they don’t realize they're being manipulated to buying his meaningless overpriced merchandise and products. And it's how he manipulates people like Fizz, have them so focused on keeping the fans entertained that they don't realize Mammon is draining their lives and leaving them nothing. And fittingly the episode ends with Fizz realizing this and decides to revolt.

If any of you like/know music theory, then let me say… I love songs like this that emphasize this specific type of beat! It’s catchy to hear the 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3 in a fast paced way that’s not like a slow 1-2-3 1-2-3 waltz, but like a fast 4/4 time signature where every beat becomes a triplet. All of this is especially true when it is emphasized by the drums and baseline! If anyone else is wondering what I mean, listen to “Hard to be the Bard” from “Something Rotten” and “The Pitiful Children” from “Be More Chill.” Those two songs have the beat I’ve described here.
