Thanks Ms. Juday!! Great idea to put ensalada on top of the Grilled Boneless Bangus & also the Grilled Shrimps on Adobong Puso ng Saging!!! 👏Bravo!! 👍👍Will do that this Holy Week. But I guess, the adobo would be better & creamier with coconut cream (kakang gata) added a few minutes in the last part of cooking. 😊❤

Hi Juday. I love watching your show kasiwalang halong kaartehan wat you see is wat you get saka andami mo paandar sa food na nakakatuwa. Here is another recipe for puso ng saging... Lumpiang puso ng saging. It will taste like lumpiang shanghai anf fast to cook lang. All you need is onion, garlic, flour, egg, salt, pepper, kinchay, puso ng saging cut into very small pieces and as much as possible po ibabad ng konti sa asin at tujbig saka pigaan, for flavor i usually add oyster sauce or mang tomas, konting water lang then syempre ung lumpia wrapper. Mix mo lang sila then halomuch better po na marami ang kinchay pero dpat d nya maoverpower ung lasa ng puso ng saging or else lumpiang kinchay kalalabasan nya hehehe. Dahan dahan sa pagseason kasi surely me slight na alat na maiiwan sa puso ng saging dhil sa water and salt solution na pinagbabadan m. Pag iwrap mo na ilipat mo sa strainer pra ung tubig madrain ng konti or else mahhirapan kang ibalot. Ang puso ng saging po kasi ngttubig ng very very light. Once nagdrain na ung konting fluids set aside lang for few minutes then pwd na ifry. Sana po mafeature nyo ito, i guarantee this is good and your kids will love it healthy pa kasi no meat at all pero you can add giniling din nman if you want pero for me kasi as in waley tlg and it didnt matter naman to the kids kasi it will taste like lumpiang shanghai tlg.Pafeature na din po ng dessert na Trifle which originated in England. Id be happy seeing you cook our favorite comfort food po. God bless and congratulations for a job done very well... I've been watching filipino movies lately and I've seen lots and lots of filipino movies and judy ann is my favorite actress beyond sharon cuneta, maricel soriano, vina morales and donna cruz. I liked her movie with bong revilla jr. and fernando poe jr. wishfully they'll make another movie. These dishes are among many of my favorite filipino foods. the baby girl looks like her daddy. juday is so natural that's why i like her.
Favorite food ko po yan Adobo puso ng saging. Lalo ko tuloy na miss si mama. Sarap sarap nya magluto nyan. If my mom were here alam ko sobra nya ma enjoy ang cooking channel mo.

Gata ng puso ng saging n may sardines
I love you Juday. Sobra laki ng happiness na nabibigay mo sa akin lalo na ng mawala ang mama ko watching your show keeps me happy and more connected to my mom dahil sa lahat ng niluluto mo. Ang dami ko na rin na try sa mga recipe mo tulad nung mga Korean food. 3x a week ko at least niluluto yun egg na may chicken broth. So far siguro mga 7dishes na na try ko. Yun leche flan na try ko na rin dati di ako kumportable mag luto nun kasi takot ako pumalpak but thankfully dahil sa tips mo successful ang kinalabasan. hirap din ako dati magluto ng Turon kasi hirap mag caramelize ng sugar but by using the syrup it made it so much easier. Thank you rin sa mga healthy tips sa pag gamit ng moringa powder and gotu kola. I try to incorporate it sa mga niluluto ko. Looking forward to learning more from you. Bonus na yun sobra nakakatuwa ka panoorin, parang simple simple ng buhay napapagaan mo lahat. ❤️
