Goma is really a gentleman..i met him when i was like 8 or 9 years old. They were shooting in our Chinese restaurant. I had the chance to say hi to him. He patted my head and said, "big girl huh" and there was just a positive vibe about him. That was almost 30 years ago!

when I was younger few years back, I came across this video and I thought, ah boring, typical masyadong walang ganap but, here I am, the older me na realized how amazing it is to have this type of family, na sobrang appreciative sa combined effort of each member. Super happy and super kalma. In this chaotic world, this family is a solid role model :)

Love watching the whole family. it shows how much you love each other. Richard I am one of your avid fan ever since in the 80's. And by the way, I always have "Glad" product in my home,

I will make this Japanese eggplant salad from our backyard organic vegetable patch. This year we harvested a lot,so prolific. No chemical fertilizers since we used all the organic compost from our kitchen. I do have big bangus in our freezer right now and will do the same, stuff grilled bangus wrapped in banana leaves. It gives that distinct smoky flavors to the fish. Kamayan with bagoong LoL Perfect lunch dining al fresco in sunny California! . Bon appetit 😋

I have been doing all my life and use the shiny side of aluminum foil when cooking foods wrapped with aluminum foil, the shiny side should be down, facing the food, and the dull side up. This is because the shiny side is more reflective and so will reflect more of the radiant heat than the duller side. But newer sources said it doesn’t make any difference. Anyway Happy Fathers Day and nice to see you, together with Lucy and Juliana!

Avoid aluminum @ all cost one source of cancer desease. That fish and any food will taste a lot more better if you just cooked it in layers of banana leaf, one layer can stand 15 to 30 mins defending on the extremity of the coal fire

i. i happen to just browse at Channel 2003 here in LA and tried to watch one of your show first time, omg i love it. You are so down to earth , so real. no fancy acts. Your kitchen gadgets i can see are top brands here in LA. Your wife must be the one who shopped for them.

Sarap! Watching from California. I miss the Pinoy food. Inihaw na bangus with stuffing, inihaw na talong na kahalo ng salad. Glad din ang gamit ko sa kitchen. I learned about the ihaw- ihaw. Balutin muna ng dahong saging ang bangus bago ibalot ng Glad aluminum foil. Magandang panlinis ng chopping board ang hydrogen peroxide para maaalis ang lansa ng isda. Thanks, Goma! Beautiful family!
