ikr!!! WTF? Judges should be clear and concise in their sentencing but imo, the Jury should give the sentence if they find the defendant guilty and should give an award from the state to the defendant if they find the state and all it$ resources$ did not make their case. If the Jury thinks the Prosecutor$ office was negligent in bringing false charges against the innocent defendant, then the Jury should be the ONE to PENALize the procustor$ office as they did not work for the public's best interest and should pay for their dereliction of duties! as the Judge won't do it and yer reps on the hILLs$ won't do it so the Jury must work for justUS for the victims of the stATE!

The consecutive versus concurrent was what did it. He was possibly hoping that in his 70s he would be paroled. He absolutely knew that he was going to prison for decades, regardless.

Kyle didn't commit murder. Big difference.
How defence attorneys sleep at night is beyond me, they must know beyond doubt that the narcissistic fiend is as guilty as Sin and yet they appear void of conscience, she looks at him like he’s her lover, quite repugnant. What a job, lowest of the lowest.

Terence unless it’s a court appointed attorney they only do it for the money. Defense attorneys will lock up their own mother for money.

They have a difficult job to do. It is his right under law to have effective counsel. It's a difficult job, but it is their job.

Defense attorneys are an important part of the legal system. They are there to keep the state in check and provide a vigorous defense, which his attorney did. Don’t hate on defense attorneys. You may need one someday.

@@pollsfriend yeah I don’t understand why people don’t seem to get this.
I'm still watching the sentencing and the judge start speaking about two plus two plus life at approximately two hours and 8 min of the whole video
He kinda gives me brad Pitt vibes
What is up with him and his attorney?? They look at each other like they are in love geez can they be more obvious??? Eww
He looks so much like my ex it’s grossing me out. 🤮
I love the amount of armed security around the defendant!
He is insane and his attorney is worse than this murderer.
This is silly. All of us can be convicted of murder with no weapon and no body.

Circumstantial evidence is a good as direct evidence. I don’t like this judge or DA but they got it right. Way, way too much evidence that supports a conviction

@@pollsfriend No body, no weapon. No where near enough circumstantial evidence for conviction imo. Beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard, this did not rise to that standard.

Yes. Prison.
I would not be surprised at all if this man had a lot of bodies .
He looks so unbothered 🤷🏾
Very good judge.
Why are the law enforcement and others involved in this case ask where the bodies is? And force him to disclose. how the family will find closure if there is no body of their loved ones to bury. It is si sad,u watched the trial and Mr Anderson is so relaxed but you can see that he is so angry inside. Sending love from all this family and friends from South Africa 🇿🇦

I am not a Attorney but watched this very sad story. The jury got it right Thank You Judge. I am remembering you all mom, Sadie and daughter 💔 in my heart, thoughts and Prayer's.👍🙏 There is no doubt he did this blood in van etc. Thank you Dear Lord for getting this correct. Remembering all involved in this heartbreaking murder of a jealous man.
Why is he looking at his attorney and raising his eyebrows? Like wow listen to how this judge is talking to me.

Off to Con College. Better tie that hair back, you'll be somebody's pony.
