I also "FIRMLY" believe he would "kill" again if he was not removed from the the rest of civilization! So happy for his children that they don't have to be under his control anymore....😲😲😱 Also happy they still have their mother, but so sad he took a father from his children! 💔💔💔

They didn't prove anything. Quite frankly, the evidence is very, very clear that it was the other guy. Including witnesses stating that other dude had rolled up carpet they were prevented from getting near, or being able to use, even though the guy told his neighbor "it is going to the dump", they day after Guiterrez went missing. The dump was never investigated by police, or if any, it wasn't thorough, as they never found the carpet.

I really do not understand how so many people are saying there is not enough evidence to give a guilty verdict. The prosecution laid out extremely clearly how the chances for all of those coincidences of unluckiness to happen for someone falsely accused of murder is virtually impossible (which I agree). There are so many points that are unexplainable that point to his guilt. I really think people do not understand that circumstantial evidence is no less compelling than direct evidence and they make sure to make that very clear to the jury every trial. Usually using an example such as when you entered an office building it was sunny and after you have been inside for an hour and you come back outside everything is wet and there are puddles on the ground a reasonable person can conclude that it rained without actually seeing the rain. I feel like since there is so much CCTV and other electronic evidence nowadays if people don’t see you on camera almost literally doing the act they say there is not enough evidence. Circumstantial evidence is as equal of importance to direct evidence and when you put it all together it tells a complete story that any reasonable person can see, without reasonable doubt (not without any doubt- without reasonable doubt) that this crime was committed by the defendant.

I heard an attorney explain circumstancial evidence this way once, every small piece has the strength of a pencil. Mr. Anderson’s. Attorney is dressed so inappropriately FOR COURT. You never want to take the attention away from your clients innocence. That’s what it’s about. Male attorneys don’t have to deal with that The jury notices everything. Especially with female attys. The reason I say that is because when I was a baby attorney, I made mistakes like this too, and I was pulled aside by my female colleagues who explained the quorum. It’s a lot of boobage. We’ve all made baby lawyer mistakes. She looks cute tho! I wish her luck! She has a long future hopefully. Godspeed girl boss.
