Will get back on my feet once my father does. Sounds messed up but it's the honest truth. He needs 24 hour care and because he's retired civil service he can't get assisted services. Guy is a jerk, but he has his life together. Doesn't have much empathy, but you get further ahead in life by being less emotional/empathetic and making decisions based on data. Having druggies on his property is too much of a liability. It's cheaper in the longterm to evict them even if they pay their rent.

Not to mention the druggies trashed the house. Other commenter said their friend's house just three house down from the place. They said the place is absolutely a mess. The tenant lived in the trailer at some point because no heat or electricity running in the house. One of the window boarded up, and the only saving grace is the tenant doesn't allow dogs and cat use the house as bathroom.

I found him to be really shifty too. I mean they were both incredible, but I found her to be MORE credible. Something about him just didn't ring true to me right from the start. Notice how for one thing he has an excuse for no CURRENT pictures of the house. And then later on, the cars that he could've had towed were EVERYONE'S BUT HERS!!! His Abatements had NOTHING to do with her cars, they were all about the disabled and non-running cars. So what he did there was completely illegal. That's what completely destroyed his credibility for me and for the judge in the end.
