So, the defendant claims there is no accident, but then when Judge Judy asked the plaintiff if they both got out of the car, the Defendant nodded along. Why would she stop and get out of her car if there was supposedly no accident?

@KaBoom I was also. I was in my mid twenties, a year or two prior, I had to have 7 surgeries in one year which was devastating enough. I lived in a small town at the time I was hit out in New Mexico, It was Memorial Day & traffic had come to a complete stop. A man in a company car wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing, ran into me throwing my car into the back of a pickup truck. My car looked like an accordion & he broke my neck at the brain stem & also injured my spine. The man got out of his car, ran over to me & tried pulling me out of my car & I told him I was paralyzed, he kept trying to get me out until the two cowboys I was thrown into had to drag him off of me. He panicked, got back in his car & flew from the scene & not one person got his license number etc. 🤦♀️ Everyone was too concerned about me. I was taken to the hospital & was paralyzed for at least 14 hours. I heard the doctors talking about me as if I wasn’t even laying there& saying I would never walk again. I began praying & within a couple of hours, I was able to move. 🙏😭 The doctors told me then I would be in a neck brace & have to have physical therapy for one year. They said as I got older is when it would get worse & it certainly did. My entire body is destroyed along with my insides! The cowboys stayed at the hospital with me the entire time; which I really appreciated!! I’m now on Hospice & totally bedridden & was given a short time to live. I hope yours wasn’t as bad!! That man got off completely with no charges & all money I had to pay for. It’s really a shame, & I wish they had cameras on drivers back then!! Lord bless you. Please keep me in your thoughts & prayers; I would really appreciate it. Sincerely, Pat 👏🙌🕊💓

SAME!!! I just bought my first ever brand new car. It was a huge deal to me, finally being in a situation where I could pick out a new car instead of finding a used one in a certain price range. Had it for a month and someone hit and ran it while I wasn't even inside it, causing about 7k in damages. Driver was never found so I had to file it on my insurance which jacked the rates up even though I was not at fault whatsoever. It literally caused me to lose so much sleep...thinking to myself "how can someone just hit a car, cause that much damage and keep going?? What kind of human being does this not caring what harm they cause to another person's life???" The rage was unreal. I can't imagine going through that same scenario, only to have the driver lie right to my face.

I am very sorry to hear that you were the victim of a ''hit and run'' which must have been terrible for you .. I know what it's like .. I was too and my car was totaled. However .. it is odd that in this case the defendant wants Judge Judy to believe that it's almost the opposite. It's a ''didn't hit and still stopped'' 🤔

Whenever I have almost hit someone, I mouth sorry, maybe roll down my window and apologize but I have never exited my car. Plus giving a phone number and insurance information makes her story completely implausible. People who are such horrible liars shouldn’t bother to lie. 😂

I was in my very first Car Accident myself 4 years ago. I accidentally rear ended someone who all of a sudden stopped in the middle of the Road without turning her Blinker on. I was completely at fault, I felt awful, the police, my Insurance and everyone told me not to blame myself for the Accident. Neither the Woman, or the Cops ever pointed the Finger at me. Even the other party's Insurance called me to hear my version. So what a terrible mother that is teaching her son to lie when there's clear damage

Finally, Judge Judy has a KZread Channel
The woman' hair behind the plaintiff is AMAZING
The defendants car is a tesla….. it records 24/7. Why didn’t she bring the video?
why would you give an insurance card or get out of your car if you didn’t hit her
Defendant says there was no accident, but when Judge Judy asked "did you both get out of the car" the defendant is nodding her head, yes!
Best defense if you hit a new Porsche - "Judge, nope there was no accident. Plaintiff imagined it!"
How much time do the litigants spend with producers? They arrive in L.A. the day before so when are they able to help them find maps and demonstrate exactly what the cars did so they can create these giant illustrations for the case/show?
