As a Mexican-American born in the states living in Sinaloa,Mexico . Majority of visitors don’t understand the Mexican environment in which cartels operate. Never ever run away from cartels or hide from them . That can definitely get you killed . Don’t flash money or luxuries, there’s many people here who have never possessed any valuables besides cartel members or their families. Don’t go into the mountains where there’s private paved streets ( cartels own them. Don’t share too much of your personal life in the states . And if you see a crime happening don’t record , get involved , just keep walking as if you didn’t see anything ( most of this cases are cartel involved crime ) cartels are not interested in kidnapping Americans or steal from them . They don’t want the heat that will come from that crime . People need to understand cartels have invested into legitimate businesses in the tourism industry. They want people to go back , the government is not interested in pursuing cartels since they are bringing in money to grow business. It’s a conflict of interests.

If one of our mafias comes back will Mexicans repect our mafias rules inside our borders, would the Cartel play nice? Careful us southerners already wanted to consume Mexico to form our golden circle in the 1860s, the damned yankees put a stop to that but had it been us southerners alone running the country Mexico would have ceased to exist in the 1840s, but alas the yanks won the war and Emporer Maximilian lost power shortly thereafter, now Americans can't agree on much but we can agree if you don't respect the American desire to kill all sons a bitches, sons a bitches in this case being any foreign power that comes into our backyard kicking up dust, like Mexico for example killing AMERICANS in our own backyard, Mexico is many things stable enough to fend of gringo annexation it is not perhaps our golden circle can be a reality after all also the southern border of Mexico is much more 'wallable'

My uncle owned a tire shop in Guadalajara and every once in awhile the cartel would come and tell him that he had to close for the day. Other than that they did not involve themselves in the business of civilians as long as the civilians did not involve themselves in cartel business. A big mistake that a lot of people make is that they try to be overly friendly with a certain cartel, possibly to feel safe but not realizing that they lifespan of a cartel member is not very long, and every war has civilian casualties

I live in the Rio Grande Valley, born and raised. This type of stuff is literally a daily thing but never see it on the news. Living in a border city for example, Mcallen Tx, Brownsville Tx, everywhere in the southern tip of Texas, is the norm for us. All of this shit happens in our backyards you just never hear about it.
I go to Tijuana fairly often for tattoos, medicine, and to visit family, and the only people I’ve known that have been killed were involved in some kind of illegal activities and or in super sketchy areas, I.e, rural/deserted places. Police harassment for bribes are much more of a problem imo

True felimon, Rogan's the most well intelligence'd white-boy in the history of white-boys to ever speak on things he's never personally experienced, just because he supposedly "toked" once. Hell, I'd trust Snoop Dogg more than anyone talking about anything, cause at least he's definately lived a, "colorfully experienced life". Somebody need to convince Snoop to do a radio show, I'd tune in.
I think what's even more wild, is the fact that the cartel only apologized so our military wouldn't get on their head and that a written apology is ALL THAT IT TOOK to keep us at bay and to not do anything.., it's disgusting. "Yeah you killed two of our civilians and kidnapped two more, but you said sorry so it's all good guys!!!" Fuckin crazy, disgusting world we live in

@@craigr4763 I've stopped taking breeders seriously when they complain about the injustices in life. Breediots often say non-sense like "life is a gift" then why do we have to pay for everything, breediots are ignorant. Who ever heard of a gift you have to constantly pay for?? I’ve never had a gift imposed on me. And even if you do, most gifts you can return. The “gift of life” doesn’t come with a receipt. Saying this shit is a gift is like saying all the negative stuff you listed is good. Amazing gift: I have to pay for it, suffer, slave away and die for that it, even worse if I bring someone else in this horror, this is horrible, breeders are only about themselves, not children, they don't love their children, they hate them. Life is a contract we are forced to honor, the obligation that none of us signed up for. yet we keep imposing it on others. "If life is a gift, why ain't nothing gifted to us? Life is a forced burden imposed by two copulating idiots.

That's not the reason the US military didn't go into Mexico. The Mexican government will never let the US military into their territory and the US can't just go on their own. PSA: Matamoros and The USA had travel restrictions to Matamoros in Tamaulipas because of the violence and conflicts going on there. On top of that, if you were in the town that day, they had warnings and restrictions to stay inside because of the conflicts. Also, Tamaulipas and the CDG (Cartel Del Golfo) is having conflicts with Haitian Immigrants right now who are settling there because they can’t make it into the states. Those Haitian Immigrants are creating criminal groups to stand up against CDG and only a couple days before the incident, the Haitian immigrants killed a few CDG members so the CDG was out for blood with anyone who resembled the Haitian Immigrants. The Anericans who drove there happened to look Haitian on a day and at a time they knew they weren’t supposed to be out in the city. They also got scared and tried to drive away during a conflict when that is not what you are supposed to do so that’s why they got shot at and kidnapped for questioning. None of this makes it ok for what the CDG did but at the same time, I don’t believe those Americans came from North Carolina for some medical work even though many do go to Mexico for Dental Work and Plastic Surgery and Medicine. I believe it was 3 men and 1 women and the reports say they were traveling for the female to get some medical procedure but if you look at the pictures and video, I highly doubt she was there for that. Don’t go to Mexico, ignore the travel restrictions and think you can just do what you want or go for other reasons and not run into some issues.

I grew up in Baltimore and got stationed in El Paso about 20 years ago and retired here. Juarez is ran by the cartels and is like a war zone. But the violence stays south of the border. And you've ever lived in El Paso for any any of time, you know how to spot a home that may be cartel affiliated by the colors they paint their houses. And all these years, I've never been to Juarez. I live so close to the border though, that sometimes my phone service changes to Movistar while I'm walking around my house.

I had beachfront property down there, 2000 meters of private beach. A captain of the Federales bought the property next to me. It was fine for the first couple years until his sons started getting involved with the cartels. I had seen their whole transition and they were very open about it to me. But...they knew too much about me and I knew sooner or later I would either be asked to do a favor for one of them or I would be scoped out by one of the many new "friends" showing up in new Ford 4x4s and looking like their new clothes were purchased that day. I saw an incident where one of the sons and a couple of his friends took off on the Jeep trail that went out into no mans land , one way in, one way out. 6 guys went on the adventure and only 4 guys returned. I had a nosy girlfriend at the time who asked the mama where they were going, new trucks, no girlfriends and no camping gear. Mama got real quiet and looked at me with a pleading look. I changed the subject quickly. We actually cut the trip short and packed to go home THAT NIGHT. I never went back, ok left a lot of cool stuff on the property when I sold it the next year. I'm glad I knew enough about that biz to understand what was happening, but sad that I knew enough and had enough to be helpful to that biz. I often wonder how nice that property could have been but not for long. I'm still alive and had great times when the country was safe, cheap and a real paradise...now I go elsewhere and cry about the good ole days.

The cartel somehow found them in Atlanta and they whacked them and everyone else in that apartment. I think it was a total of four people but only two were found to have links to them. There was this one reporter who flew in from Spain to interview Sinaloa Cartel members and do a documentary about it. Once he was at the hotel, a car pulled up and they called him telling him to come downstairs with no cameras or microphones. They told him they have people all over the world. If he uses any of the footage for another reason other than interviews and a documentary, they would have him murdered. He came back to the hotel room visibly scared. He did the documentary and later he went to an African country where rebels killed him for who knows what reason. That guy had balls to go and interview the hardest criminals..

In reference to the kidnapped Americans, Mexican media released more details about them: The group traveled from North Carolina to California, then on to East Texas and finally across the border. All of the kidnapping Victims have arrest records, which consist of drug possession & drug sales. They were not strangers to the area because they had visited the area before. This may not have been mentioned in the U.S. media since "race" is a sensitive politically correct factor of everyday life.
