If we didn't have a shared origin why does our DNA share 56% of its code with a banana and 99% with a chimp? Ofc our understanding isn't complete but we've been genetically modifying creatures for thousands of years with animal husbandry and cultivars of plants, including making new species, like domestic dogs, house cats, domestic cattle and so on. If we can do it why can't the environment?

The only "intelligent design people" I wanna listen to is indigenous people and science fiction heavens gate people. They have awesome stories. I dont believe in "intelligent design" though. You can see darwin's theories even in unrelated areas like technology. It is confirmed in my book. I do think it is way more complex though. Climate Change is real! LOL

For fucks sake….its one small part of a long story in split into movie two parts! One continuing after the other. THERE IS NO LIKING ONE PART MORE THAN THE OTHER. Foundation is the shit tho. I am wishing the writing for the show keeps up. The pacing is perfect.
Part1 and 2 are good but I prefer the director cut of the 86 dune. The story stayed with the spice because it seemed they kind of dropped it in part 2. The spacing guild was almost nonexistent. The 86 version makes Paul seem god like but the new one seems like a more like an ordinary guy. The freman in this new series seem to be great fighters without Paul. He just seems not to bring a whole lot to the fremen. 86 paul brought the weirding way to the fremen. A new way to fight. Don't get me wrong I liked the new dune but there are thing left out that could have made it so much better.

If we have "run into other galaxies" before, the fact that we can't see the remains of the old galaxy we ran into would mean the universe is so old it's beyond comprehension. . . . I mean we can already see with the naked eye Andromeda Galaxy heading straight for us but that's not supposed to actually "happen" for another 4 billion years. They're saying when it happens we're supposed to just phase through one another because the gaps between actual solar systems are so big, so they're theorizing most of our galaxies solar systems will survive the event. . . Unless our 2 galaxies have been penduluming through one another this whole time I don't think Elon is right about his theory. We would see more evidence, probably even with the naked eye like with Andromeda.
