I was mad when i heard it'll be a remake album for Joy's debut, but it turns out a brilliant decision from SM. This album plays to Joy's vocal strength so much. It also sold and charts really well!

yes this is live singing with some minor post production audio editing and dubbing, the live band is also accompanied by a backing track you can actually noticed it in parts 01:44 - 01:47 , where some of Joy's part was in accompany with the backing track. Sketchbook has a high standard in terms of quality and, or artist performance.
